“This was a nice little place. The owner was great to deal with. He checked in to see if we needed anything. We requested new pillows, and that evening, he had delivered 2 new pillows. Great service. The parking isn't great, but after a couple of days it wasnt a big deal. The detailed description of the property is accurate. I wish i would have read it. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.”

“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...

“I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. ”
