“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

“A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). “Disappointed on arrival with an unserviced house. Bed unmade, towels on floor, and trash in rental unit all from previous renter. Notified host with no call back. Had to use ring camera on porch. After three calls on ring door bell, we finally had Jordan answer who was cold and short. We were told we could stay for the night free and sleep there. “Great bungalow for a couple, we also had our adult son. He slept comfortably in the pull out. We stayed in “green”. Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. “This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental.
