Vacation Apartment "Petite Paradise" with Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment 'Petite Paradise' impresses guests with its fantastic views. This 50 m² studio apartment features a living area, sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, dryer, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A cot is also available.



The property offers two independent accommodations: an apartment and a house. Most of the time, you have the entire space to yourselves. Only a few times a year are both booked at once. In those cases, each unit has its own private areas: this apartment has its own terrace (located between the pool and the apartment), while the house has a full balcony and another terrace by the pool. Only the pool area, barbecue, and hallway seating are shared when both units are occupied.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area including a pool, open terrace, covered terrace, grill, and outdoor shower. The house is set on an elevated position, guaranteeing exceptional views of the sunset, the two lakes (“charcos”), and Mount Teide.



Public transport is less than 5 minutes away, and Hoover Beach is a 15-minute walk. The apartment is in the mountains, accessible via a wide, quiet one-way street used only by locals. There are two parking spaces on the property (one by the garage, one at the main entrance), plus free street parking. The elevation provides panoramic views of the ocean, Mount Teide, the village, and postcard-worthy sunsets.



The pool is solar-heated, so temperature depends on sunshine. No pets or smoking allowed. The property does not have air conditioning. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on site. Recycling rules are in place; more information is provided on site. A sofa bed for 2 people can be requested for an additional fee.
