Surf Cottage 3 is our 2-house offering with a premier location just 1 block to the white sandy, swim-friendly Pacific Ocean & world famous Ocean Beach Dog Beach! These 2 single family homes are located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from dining, shopping & attractions. Features include a total of 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (Maximum occupancy 8, 6 adults max), SMART TV with cable, A/C, BBQ, dog friendly (unfortunately no cats), & 2 fully fenced yards. *Note - Only 1 off street parking space located next to the blue house.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
These charming single family beach homes are lined with natural hardwood floors throughout and plenty of windows that allows lots of natural sunlight! The main living areas feature a Smart TVs, plush sleep sofas, dining nook & fully stocked kitchen. Each home has 1 bedroom which includes 1 Queen bed each & 1 bath (enclosed shower).

EXTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Enjoy our RARE large fully fenced yards, perfect for Fido! There is a large patio behind each home with a BBQ, dining set for 4 plus additional seating & outdoor shower.

OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES
• 1 large or 2 small dogs ok per home (friendly breeds only & no barkers please)

There is one parking space included next to the blue house. Open the gate and stay to the left of the white reflectors. Please close the gate behind you.

HIT THE BEACH! We are conveniently located in the heart of Ocean Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away, in addition to our Famous Ocean Beach Dog Beach. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards & beach chairs!
SHOPPING & DINING! Just a few blocks away is the main street, Newport Ave., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just minutes to rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating and more.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
