  • Nuestro acogedor condominio de playa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño se encuentra en el corazón de Mission Beach. Este condominio de playa es la tercera casa de la playa, por lo que está a solo unos pasos del océano. ¡Nuestra unidad viene completa con todo lo que necesitará para su estadía! El condominio fue remodelado en 2019. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el garaje. Hay tablas de surf, sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de arena en el garaje para su uso. Tenemos un fabuloso patio que es perfecto para su café matutino y lo suficientemente grande como para entretener. Hay TV con cable, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad para aquellos que no pueden dejar atrás la oficina, ventiladores de techo en todo el edificio y una cochera en tándem cubierta lo suficientemente grande como para dos SUV estándar.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen Size y dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. Hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

    A poca distancia se encuentran varios restaurantes, bares, supermercados y tiendas en la playa. El distrito de Gaslamp, el casco antiguo de San Diego y La Jolla están a poca distancia en coche. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, no olvides visitar todas las tiendas de Garnet Avenue o conducir hasta Fashion Valley.

    Si necesita más espacio, también tenemos una unidad de tres dormitorios arriba. El alquiler de ambas unidades es perfecto para grupos grandes o reuniones familiares que desean permanecer juntos pero que también desean su privacidad.

This was a great location; the beach shops and restaurants were walkable within just a few minutes, but it was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. The Beds were comfortable, and the patio was a great space we used all the time.

Cute place right near Mission Beach - maybe 30 second walk. You can hear the waves from the patio. Place was clean, communication with Angela was excellent and the house was perfect for my family of 3 on our vacation.Parking is tight as expected with places near the beach but my Dodge Journey fit in both the garage and the side parking next to the house.I highly recommend this place - we had the bottom unit which was 2 bed/1 bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The view was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip.The place itself was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. It’s also such a cute space with great charm. Parking was easy and added to the overall convenience.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The kitchen was well stocked in that there were sufficient appliances (toaster, coffee pot, cutting board, knives, blender, plenty of dishes, etc.). The frying pan was excellent!! It was nice having the washer/dryer and all the beach gear! We definitely used it! We would rent this place again! We know the listing said 'no A/C' and for the most part that was sufficient. After the first night, we figured out the best configuration of open doors/windows to create good air flow.

Great host. Steps from the beach. Used the provided chairs and frisbee a lot. 3 beds plus a sleeper sofa was perfect for me and 2 teens. Easy walk to Belmont Park and :20 walk or quick bus ride to restaurants in Pacific Beach.

San Diego Getaway

The location was fantastic and the host was awesome! All in all we were very happy with the rental. It had everything we needed for the week, including great beach toys, chairs and towels. Host also provided great recommendations for local food!

Jersey Ct was a great property. We just got back from 5 nights of family vacation with adult kids and enjoyed every minute. Location is perfect, just a few steps from the Boardwalk and a short walk from Belmont Park. The property was clean and had everything we could hope for. It was an extra treat to have quality pots and pans. Angela was easy to communicate with and was super helpful. The only challenge would be parking if we had a vehicle any bigger than our 4runner, although I'm sure there would be a solution. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect little Vrbo close to the beach!

Or Vrbo was perfect for my husband, myself, and my 5 year old granddaughter. It was nice and clean and just steps from the beach. The weather was not the best but we spent a lot of time going to the wonderful park just down the road and visiting Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house very near beach!

Perfect place for us to stay for our time in San Diego. Close to the beach & numerous activities & restaurants within walking distance. 4 stars for cleanliness due to hair in some of the drawers & some gunk in the kitchen sink, but nothing we couldn’t deal with & didn’t affect our stay. Would recommend & would stay here again!
