We absolutely love this place. Has everything you need- upgraded to the max. Beds are comfy- new appliances, new bathrooms, you know - all the things adults appreciate! You cannot beat the location- so close to beach. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards on property. We love staying here! The host Tess is always really responsive and nice- will be coming again!

Stay the month of March 2026. Perfect place for a couple, small family, or accommodating a visiting friend or two. Quiet neighborhood and only four houses from the beach.

Great location, great place. Everything you need to do a little cooking, plenty of toys and boogie boards for the beach. Only two junky chairs. A little more communication before would have been nice to know where everything was. The toys and washer/dryer were outside the house and I spent awhile looking for them. There was a pack n play and high chair which was great. A few random coloring books and crayons for the kids. Can’t beat the location, we loved taking multiple trips a day to the beach and being able to come back.

Tess provided a wonderful home with a great atmosphere. My family and I had a great week, and the close proximity to the beach was ideal. I would recommend the home and I would definitely book again!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great, beach access was awesome and it was quiet. We had everything we needed! The bathrooms needs some updating but otherwise the home was a very nice getaway!

My family of 6 was very comfortable here. Not to mention the unbeatable location. Amazing spot that we hope to return to soon! So so please with the all aspects of this rental! Such a beautifully kept home and outdoor space. Best family vacation ever!Thank you for sharing with us.

Our stay at Tess's beach house was truly enjoyable, with the property providing everything we needed and more. The decor was tastefully done, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the convenient walking distance to various amenities, such as the beach, bay, shopping, food, and coffee shops. The outdoor space & parking space was a welcome bonus. Our group agreed that the accommodations were excellent, and we plan to book again.

Cute house

Had a great stay. The outdoor fire pit wouldn’t start but wasn’t a big deal. Excellent spot for folks driving in. My SUV fit great in the back.

Great location

Great location a few steps from Mission Beach. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Parking is tight in the neighborhood if bringing a vehicle - we were able to make it work. Nice property!
