The room was nice and the check-in/check-out process were easy.I personally hated that this was just a room in their house and I could hear them while I stayed there. I thought VRBO's were always private residences. There was a time limit on showers, and I figured since I was staying in their house that they'd probably know if I went over.

Jay and Laura were wonderful hosts. Every comfort was provided. Checking in and out was easy. The room had all essentials and a touch of luxury. The private patio and bbq were a fantastic addition which was very much enjoyed.

Great Location

My husband and I were visiting San Diego to attend a Bridal Shower. For a short stay, the accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having a patio area to have a nice picnic and glass of wine. There is a great trail in the neighborhood just a block away that was convenient.

Beautiful, but a little far from what we wanted to do.

It was a beautiful property and was nice and cozy. We were only sleeping there so it was a good size. My husband's a marine so we underestimated the drive everywhere, but that's on us. Owners were nice and it was a nice neighborhood.

Quiet, clean and very friendly room in safe neighborhood

We were in San Diego for the mens lacrosse championship. We found this vrbo with great reviews and we concur. There were s couple of things though that we hadn't realized. It is quite far out of the city and it is a very snall room with an attached bathroom. Having said that, we really appreciated how quiet and calming the setting was. My husband and I slept great every night. We did end up leaving a few nights earlier than planned, because we wanted to be more in the thick of things! We couldn't have asked for friendlier hosts, that are also very prompt communicators. Thank you Jay and Laura (and your sweet pup)
