¿Viaja con familiares o parejas y quiere mucho espacio? ¡Bienvenido a tu retiro en San Diego! Esta espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios está ubicada cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de San Diego. Es un espacioso piso de 2 pisos donde puede relajarse en la sala de estar con varios asientos, cocinar en la cocina completa, comer en el gran comedor y disfrutar de una bebida en uno de los dos balcones. Apto para niños con opciones para empacar y jugar, trona y libros / juguetes.

Esta casa de la década de 1920 conserva el encanto y ha sido bellamente actualizada en todo momento. Cómodo y limpio en todo, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo.

Cocina: suministros para cocinar, asar a la parrilla y servir a todos sus invitados. Hay una cafetera, licuadora y tostadora como electrodomésticos adicionales. Mucho espacio en el mostrador de la cocina con asientos en el bar.

Área de comedor: mesa de comedor grande con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Trona bajo petición.

Cuarto de lavado: lavadora y secadora con fregadero disponibles para su uso

Sala de estar: cómodo sofá que incluye un sofá cama, un sofá de dos plazas y varias sillas para jugar o ver la televisión de 50 pulgadas.

Arriba: el baño y las 4 habitaciones con cortinas opacas son ideales para dormir.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our original booking was cancelled days before we travelled across the country. This property was perfect for our family with enough bedrooms and close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

Perfect house for small group in DTSD

This was was the perfect setup for six of us! We were visiting San Diego for CRSSD, and it accommodated us perfectly. Very spacious, two bathrooms that were clean, and also two private parking spots was the huge win. I would definitely stay here again next year.

Bachelorette Weekend

This house worked perfectly for us and the location was unbeatable! Definitely recommend this house for bigger groups! There were 6 of us and we fit comfortably. Felt safe walking too and parking was a breeze.

This property was ideal for our trip. Seriously-right down the road from both the airport and MCRD Dan Diego. Amazing sunsets off the rear balcony. Lots of restaurants close by and Balboa right up the street. 5 minutes from the USS Midway.

Great location and host communication

We had an initial issue with the house cleanliness upon check-in, but Kelsi was very responsive and immediately came up with a solution. The location is great, easily walkable to Little Italy and with a great view of the city. Comfortable and spacious for the whole family over Christmas!

Lovely

House was lovely! Older but in good shape! Washer/dryer look almost brand new, Beds were comfortable - though the sofa sleeper was definitely worn out already and person sleeping on it found just using the couch more comfortable. Would highly recommend and certainly stay again if needed.

Perfect for a conference weekend

Great space, very clean, and in a great location. Communication with the owner and with the property manager was seamless and quick. Neighborhood is close to the airport with coffee shops and food/bars within walking distance. Balboa park and Little italy also walkable. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Perfect!

We stayed for 5 days for my sons Mcrd graduation, it slept all 8 of us and we brought a blow up for the extra sleeping space. Full kitchen and laundry room made our stay more comfortable. Super close to the park and a lil corner market that made last minute needs easy. Coffee shop around the corner was great and neighborhood was great. Will definetly make this our go to spot if it’s available. I will say this the house is a little older built in the 20s and the water pressure isn’t the greatest but we all made due. 5 stars!

Suitable for our needs

We used this VRBO to be close to MCRD to see our son’s graduation. It was extremely quick access to the airport and the Marine base. All bedroom are upstairs and more like full size beds. Only 1 bathroom upstairs for all of us. There was an additional bathroom with a shower downstairs that the guys didn’t mind using. We weren’t there much…mainly just to sleep. If we were hanging out in the living room it would have been very limited seating. But for location and price it was perfect.

House was mostly unfurnished with odd, old couches and chairs. No decor. Doors didn't close properly, beds were uncomfortable, and the place was in poor repair.

Girls weekend

We liked that it had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths even though 1 bath was downstairs, it worked well for us. We liked that each room had its own air conditioner. Each of us got to put the temp whatever we liked. We loved the location near the airport and Little Italy. We could walk to the Farmers market, restaurants, breweries. Easy drive to Old Town and Seaport village. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was nice for the fridge and to make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We liked the brita pitcher in the fridge, but would have liked ice cube trays so we didn’t have to buy ice. We had a difficult time with the keypad lock. The contact person had a backup plan so that helped after several missed attempts. Some didn’t like the quality of towels, but others were ok with them. Same with the beds and pillows. It wasn’t a deal breaker. All in all we’d give a grade of B+/A- since we’re all teachers, and would consider this property again in the future.

not clean and crazy downstairs person

We rented a ENTIRE house because we have 2 little kids and 7 adults and didn't want to worry about not making to much noise but it wasn't the entire house there was a basement apartment and she was always banging on her ceiling and then one night she came up about 7PM and was swearing and yelling at us and said she was going to F***ing going to kill us, we had to call the police and called the property manager and the police didn't even come until 1:30AM and acted like not big deal that a crazy person said she was going to kill us, the property manager called me back but never came over so we did not feel very unsafe there. Also the minute you opened the front door so could smell the house was not clean and it wasn't, within 30 minute of going barefoot our feet were black and dirty and looking around the house just the surface was cleaned up but overall very unclean. Would not recommend this place. Very unhappy about our stay.

House was generally fine. The shower heads were awful, and the heavy rain led to a puddle in the dining room. Otherwise the stay was good.
