• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, and all necessary cookware.

• Dining: Large table with seating for eight, plus additional bar seating for casual meals.



Sleeping Arrangements:

• First Floor: Queen bedroom with plush bedding, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the private, succulent-lined front patio.

• Second Floor: Bedroom with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• Third Floor: Primary Queen bedroom featuring large windows with bay views, an en-suite tiled bathroom, and a private balcony.

Guest Access:

This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.



Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
