The overall upkeep of the property shows a bit of neglect. However when we called to get issues taken care of they were very responsive. The Mission Restaurant is amazingly welcoming and a great staff and food was excellent. The World Famous restaurant for a late lunch was good also.

Mission Bay Stay

Lovely place right next to the beach and bay! Less than a 2 min to either area which was very convenient. Place was also easily walkable to local restaurants and bike rentals etc.

Multi generation family vacation

We had a great stay. We were a family of four with ages ranging from 1 to 65 so we spent most time around the area and in the home. The home had everything needed for meals, with stores walking distance. Also the area is flat which was easy for baby/ stroller and elderly to navigate. Entertainment is every direction!

Wonderful Bayside property

This was a great place just off the bay with enough privacy to enjoy some quiet time if needed or just a short walk to the water. They had all the necessities and some items to use at the water which was great as well.

comfy stay in an amazing location

we loved our stay. the house is cozy and very clean with a nice patio. The location is everything ! Bay side is quiet and relaxing and the beach side has more action. The views on both sides are gorgeous. You can walk to both and places to eat in minutes. We would go back again !

Mission beach

We were visiting the area to pick up our adult kids from their local colleges. The spot was as advertised and very welcoming! We enjoyed it very much! As a past San Diego beach resident I felt it was just right to be a lovely VRBO! Highly recommend!

Cute place

It was a cute roomy place! Cute little court yard, well-stocked kitchen, and good sized living areas. Plenty of roomy for me, my husband, 2-month old twins, and golden retriever! Owner was responsive

We were in San Diego for a funeral and cooked a few dishes in the home. Kitchen was well stocked which was a huge plus! Location was perfect as well. Parking was to the side of the home and very tight even for a small car. The home itself needed some TLC especially the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would consider staying again!

Best location and ALLLLLL the toys!

Great little apartment in the BEST location! I lived in Pacific Beach many years ago and it was so much fun bringing my kids (18,15,10) to my old stomping grounds. Literally a 30 second walk to bay or 90 seconds to the ocean. The provided toys were a HUGE bonus: 4 bikes, several boogie boards - didnt get to use the paddle board or kayak though, mostly bcz we just didnt have the time!. Great quality sheets and there were plenty of washing machine and dishwasher pods for us to use - there were even extra Keurig pods! The one suggestion I have to to put the address oj the back of the building as well - it took us several minutes to digure out where to go because the entrance is on a walkwal but younpark out back. Also. The parking spot is TINY. My Nissan Rogue fit but barely. FANTASTIC restaruants all over the place and great bars with happy hoirs.

Great condo/apt! 2 bedrooms, comfy beds. 2 bathrooms. Nice kitchen... Stocked with basics. Super close to both bay & ocean. Excellent communication with owner. Pet friendly. Parking space... Super small, but if your car is small... YAY!! (Parking in this area is at a premium!) nice patio. We will return!!
