Parking Information

• Mission Blvd: Free parking at night; 2-hour limit from 8 AM - 6 PM unless otherwise posted

• Santa Clara Place Bayside Lot: Great option for longer stays with more availability further inside the lot

• Paid Parking: Belmont Park and nearby beach lots offer daily paid parking for a more convenient, stress-free option



Optional Add-Ons Available

• Early check-in - $50 per hour

• Late check-out - $50 per hour

• Non-refundable pet fee: $100

Guest Access:

All of the space is available except for the owners closet located inside the bathroom.



Friendly reminder: We do not provide physical keys. You may use the handle lock while inside the unit for added security. Please avoid using the handle lock when going out to prevent access issues. Any locksmith service required due to this will be at the guest’s expense.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is San Diego’s vibrant version of a classic boardwalk beach town, featuring nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk, plenty of rental shops, and Belmont Park, a historic seaside amusement park. With Mission Beach on one side and Mission Bay on the other, you’ll be just steps away from the water in either direction.



This relaxed beach community is filled with casual local restaurants, cafés, and shops that give it a laid-back coastal vibe. You’re within easy walking distance of everything Mission Beach has to offer, or just a short drive to downtown San Diego and nearby attractions.



Getting Around:

Street parking is available in the surrounding area, typically with 15-minute to 2-hour limits depending on signage. There is also a large parking lot about a 2–3 minute walk away that offers longer-term parking options.



Public transportation is very accessible, with a bus stop less than a block away, and rideshares like Lyft, Uber, and taxis are easy to use at any time. The area is also very walkable, with scenic boardwalks along the beach and bay where you can walk, run, skate, or bike while getting around.

Please note: our unit is located on a lively, busy street across from popular restaurants. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action with everything within walking distance, including being just a block from both the beach and the bay, this location is hard to beat. However, if you’re looking for a quiet, secluded getaway far from activity, this may not be the ideal fit.
