Great house, location and hot tub!! The inside was clean with lots of towels!! We enjoyed the option of comfortable outdoor seating on all levels! Just prepare for a workout on the stairs lol

This place was great!!! Comfy beds, amazing rooftop with fire pit/views/hot tub. The location is actually perfect. Super close to both ocean and bay. Short walks to restaurants/bars/coffee/breakfast. Great location! Great house!

We enjoyed our stay in San Diego and this property was in a great location! Adam was wonderful about responding to all my questions and was very communicative. He was a great host to work with. The property was very roomy and the beds were quite comfortable. The only down side is there are a lot of stairs in the property (4 floors) so be prepared to go up and down a lot of stairs. The other downside is that there is no AC in this property. I didn't catch that when booking so just be aware. We left all the widows open so in the morning and evening it was ok, but if we were there during the day it got a little warm. There were fans in all the bedrooms so that definitely helped. All in all not a bad property to stay at for a quick trip to San Diego.

Property is truly nice inside and the reason for 2 stars. However, the owner lives on property, its a duplex. Signs say quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. He hosted a party until 4am. Drunk people everywhere on the roof, 3 different times had to ask drunk people to leave the front porch. My teen daughters did not feel safe when they returned from riding the rollercoaster around 11pm with all of the drunks in the yard. Next night he throws another party until 1:30am. Same deal, drunk people and loud. In the morning we find a weed pipe, a lost mary vape, beer cans and dog poop by the front door. Unless you want to party on weekends I would avoid. Also the garage is tiny, we have a BMW X7 and definitely could not fit. I don't think any medium size SUV would fit, meant street parking which was a pain.

Wonderful Home

We were in town for our son’s wedding nearby and selected Adam’s beautiful home for its proximity to venue and beaches and to host a couple family gatherings. It was perfect for our family and we had a perfect wedding week! Thank you Adam for being a very good house host.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this Mission Beach house. Walking to the beach was quick and easy. The rooftop spa was so fun, and you get a slight view of the ocean. The neighborhood felt very safe. While we weren’t sure about the garage situation before arrival, it ended up being no problem at all for our mid-sized SUV. It is very clean and long, so we could have easily fit two vehicles.

Fantastic location and even better home

Adam did a great job ensuring we had all the information well in advance so we didn’t need to struggle on day of check in to find the home. The home is in a great location just a block from the beach. The area around the home is lively 7 days a week with enough to do each day of the week. Adam was also very response for any questions which made the stay that much better. We will definitely be booking this home again, if available, the next time we are in San Diego.

Awesome place and great location

My friends and I stayed here recently and we had a great time. The location of the property was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance as well as the beach. 100% would come back and recommend to anyone.

Mission Beach

We had a great time and great location. Easy short walk to the beach or to the bay. Nearby restaurants were great and coffee shop 2 mins away. I wish we could've used the gas fire pit on the very top floor and its being repaired, parts didn't come in time. Great Place.

Thanksgiving stay

Great spot, easy walking to everything. House is a little light on supplies like paper tower, detergent, or coffee pods and no cable tv. Rooftop with fire pit was very enjoyable for wine and sunsets.

Great property.

Property was as nice as the pictures showed and Adam was sincere and a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was trying to get in and out of the garage bc the person next door threw a fit every time I backed into her driveway which was the only way I could get my car in. Maybe bring a small car! Other than that a wonderful trip!

Beautiful Property

This property was amazing. There were three floors and three bedrooms with a ton of space for people to sleep. We had the bunk room where three girls slept. The two other rooms had plenty of room for the parents. There was a sofa bed on the main floor where two people slept. There are a lot of stairs and the kitchen is on the third floor, but there is a ton of space in the living area and the stairs were not an issue at all. There is a beautiful rooftop deck where we could see for miles. The bonus was there were fireworks every night we were there. It was very close to the beach, the bay, and tons of places to eat, drink, and shop. I can’t wait to come back soon!!!

Perfect little home right by the water

Home was beautiful and just like the pictures. Beautiful views and literally 3 min walk to the beach. Adam was always responsive as well as informative. My stay included 3 couples on a little getaway for 3 days. I must say everything was perfect. I highly recommend this home to even the small family’s. My fiancé and I will definitely be returning but probably for just us next time.
