Great family vacation spot!

Absolutely great location. Right on the boardwalk, not far from Belmont Park (0.5 mi). There are good restaurants and mini markets on the road behind the house (super close). There are beach volleyball courts right out the window. Our second floor balcony overlooking the beach was amazing. You could fit a lot of people in this place with the overwhelming amount of beds.The property managers respond extremely fast. When I had a question upon arrival, they responded within a minute. They had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys for us to use, so we didn't need to buy any. This side of the beach is also very family friendly. Only con was cleanliness upon arrival. The floors were quite dirty (ex. hairs and sand), especially in the bathroms. Kitchen walls had food remnants on it. The guest toilet didn't flush properly (50/50 chance it would flush at all). And all the pull-out drawers in the fridge were broken.Otherwise, my family and I had an amazing stay. Would definetly go again.

It was a really nice house with great location. The maintenance person who helped us out on our first day was very professional and friendly. He pointed out the flushing mechanism in the second bathroom was tricky. We recommend you replace that mechanism as it felt worse than tricky to us when trying to use it. Also, the dryer needs repair - the noise it makes sounds like it has 5 pairs of tennis shoes tumbling around. We were only able to use it at very limited times due to the noise. Thanks very much!

Family Vacation

This was more beautiful than pictures portray. It is the perfect beach house for any group and all ages. The host were excellent for communication and helping anytime help was needed. It was spotless! The view of the sunset on the ocean is the most beautiful and having boardwalk access and ocean sand within feet was so amazing for ease of entertainment of all of our crew.

It was the perfect location and the place was clean and tidy. We were lacked out as the phone died that had the entrance code and they answered after hours and got us back in. Excellent customer service!

Great stay in South Mission Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Even when inside, it felt like we were right on the beach. The huge windows and balcony gave us a great view of the ocean and the many volley ball courts. It was fun to watch people play, and to snag a court of our own once in a while. The house came equipment with volleyballs, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Being right on the boardwalk, but on the quieter end of the beach was perfect for a family vacation. We could easily walk down to Belmont Park and PB, and there was a great taqueria (Sarah's) and coffee shop (Blue Palm) just a 5 minute walk from the house. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you could need on a vacation. Parking was tough (the garage is small), but the property managers were super responsive via text and very quick to help us find a solution when the nearby lot was full on a busy day. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

For a great beach location, this rental could not be beat. Of course parking is tight. That’s beach life and should be expected. Just take your time and the garage is manageable. Plenty to do right at your doorstep or just a few minutes drive away. Would stay here again in a second.

Gorgeous Beach Home in Central Location!

We were recently in San Diego to celebrate my nephew's graduation from the Marines and stayed in this oceanfront condo. Everything about the experience was top-notch from the location, rooms, communication, and check-in process. The host made it incredibly easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront property in sunny San Diego. Thanks for the hospitality!

Mission Beach Condo

The place was very nice. There were a few negatives. The noise from outside, due to planes taking off from the San Diego airport from ~6:30 am - 11:00 pm and the 12 volleyball unlit courts nearby. It was nice to have a garage, but it required some skills to get your car in and out and mirrors that retract. The condo rooms are not large. There were no towel racks in the master bathroom. However, the view of the beach right outside the condo was welcome by all. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. Lots of living room seating in front of big windows facing the beach. It was nice to take the ~150-yard walk across the beach to sit at the water edge and watch the surfers. [Good wave action certain times of the year.] Spent considerable time on the deck, watching some pretty good volleyball and roller skaters, joggers, and bikers just below us on the "walkway". Would come back again.

Perfect location and condo

The location is amazing and the property does not disappoint! Plenty of views, great beach access, and the condo was well equipped and family friendly for a large family. We will definitely be back if it is available the next time we are in SD.

Perfect!

This location was perfect for us. We were able to play on the beach, run on the boardwalk and easily get to all the areas in San Diego that we wanted to explore. Parking in the garage space is quite tight. Definitely need a spotter to avoid the support column. We stayed here with two families (5 kids and 4 adults).

Beautiful views
