House was beautiful and the perfect stay for our week trip to San Diego. We had 3 kids with us from 2-7 that all enjoyed their time. We paid extra to heat the pool and spa and it was worth every penny. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals in with basic seasonings and plenty of cookware. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would def stay again!

Amenities were great, truly spacious, beautiful rooms and showers, dining room table that could actually sit my entire family (party of 7) and even a game room. The rooms even came with white noise machines and T.V.s. We could see the planes taking off and landing from back patio, as well as hear the trains and boats, kids loved that. Host was pleasant and answered all inquiries. Perfect stay for families.

Great views and ambiance. Could use better lighting in the backyard. Beware if you have physical limitations ie back, knee or joint issues as the steps to the main door are steep. The property is peaceful and serene, we really enjoyed the amenities

Family Vacation

Check in went smoothly. We did have a little hiccup with the parking but the owner handled it promptly. This property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! The house had a spacious kitchen that was very nicely appointed. It was such a relaxing atmosphere inside and out. I wouldcomeback to this property.

First time to San Diego, and we picked a winner!

My family really enjoyed their stay at this rental property.The views were incredible The Poland's bond was very relaxing.I came in with the plus for the boys.The property was very well kept and clean. Any questions that I had was answered very promptly. I look forward to staying at this property again next summer

Perfect Spot!!

We had a really wonderful time at this VRBO!! The location was wonderful, the beds were COMFY!! And the amenities were everything we could need and more. So much fun to sit on the patio to watch the planes roll in and then take a dip in the hot tub after. Manager was prompt and available in communication. I knock off one star for accuracy bc the listing shows a 2 car driveway and only 1 car is allowed in the driveway. Parking is a little bit of a hassle with the rules but we managed.

Perfect Birthday Surprise

I flew in 5 friends to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. The house was perfectly set up for a great weekend away - it was clean, well stocked, and spacious for all of our guests. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to requests. I would absolutely hook this place again in the future!

Fantastic oasis in the city!

We had a fantastic stay here with my family (and didn’t want to leave!!) The hosts were very responsive to our needs and helped make everything as comfortable as possible, which was super important, as we were traveling with my oldest son who is terminally ill. We liked being close to everything and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home close to everything

This very comfortable home was ten minutes from everything - the zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, downtown and the waterfront. It was a great spot for our family of five, in particular the pool, which our kids used every single day as the perfect way to finish off our busy days. We would definitely stay here again - no one wanted to leave!

We just loved our stay here!! So clean, loved all the extra amenities!! They go way above for their guests! No negatives at all, had the BEST stay! 7 adults and 1 infant, plenty of room! Definitely will book again! Perfect SD location easy to get anywhere quickly!

Camera pointed at Pool

While the home was very nice. The description does not mention any cameras. There is a camera at the driveway and also a camera in the backyard pointed directly at the pool. The camera is on the neighboring house (which I can only assume is the owner of the rental and why it’s not listed) We felt that was a total invasion of our privacy. Had we know this, we would have never rented the home. There is also construction going on for the neighboring house which takes up a lot of parking on an already small street. The trash cans were moved in front of the driveway blocking us from access. We were able to move them, but still an inconvenience. On the plus side: the home was clean and had plenty of towels, linen and blankets. The inside games were entertaining and a nice perk. There is a/c in the living room only. Fans were also provided for the bedrooms.

Relaxation right in the city

Excellent location, close to the trolley and many locations. Pool is excellent, be sure to ask for heating. House is well-maintained, the check-in system is easy, and the management company is very responsive.

Finally a truly CLEAN property!!

This is a really cute, exceptionally clean, cleverly designed property. They did a fantastic job with the space they had. Especially the outside! We loved the art and the design felt clean and comfortable. The mattresses and couch were not very comfortable and the a/c wasn’t working the entire time during a heat wave but this place was truly the best property we have ever stayed at including all other vacation rental companies. We had a really great stay! The game room was such a fun perk and the pool area was just darling and perfect for an evening dip every night! We had our adult children and our toddler with us and everyone was happy!

Phenomenal Stay

This house is exactly as described and pictured! The backyard was like a private oasis, and the front porch has a great view of the water and sunset. The airport is literally right there, we even watched the planes take off and land, but the noise wasn’t AT ALL bad because the flight path is not right overhead. I actually forgot how close it was unless I was watching it. I am so extremely pleased with the accommodations and would definitely book this house again!

Family Vacation

We booked this location as a family - great common spaces and spacious bedrooms. Walking distance to Little Italy - through residential/business area near airport. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space! Game room was a hit, and very clean upon our arrival. Great and seamless communication with our host before/during our stay!

Amazing Place with Great Views

The overall property was amazing from the size of the rooms to the pool and hot tub in the back yard. To get to the Gaslamp was only a 6-8 minute Uber drive which was very convenient since we were headed to the convention center each morning. This was the perfect experience where the property exceeded expectations and our host was responsive making the process seamless. 12 stars

Family birthday trip

Perfect spot to stay for a San Diego trip, especially if you're going to the zoo. Great house, owners are extremely helpful and responsive and the pool is great. Would stay again.
