Fantastic beach house for 10

This was a very well stocked house that had everything we needed. The kids loved all the games and puzzles. We quite enjoyed being on the bayside as it was so calm and the lights on the bay at night were beautiful. Great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while the kids run down to the beach and play!

A beautiful and comfortable stay

The property is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and at an excellent location. While the kids enjoyed playing at the beach, the adults can watch them at the balcony, enjoying the shade and the view. We saw many fish jumping out the water and even a sting ray swimming by. It was also nice biking around the bay. The only problem we had was parking. We had one mid-size SUV and one compact SUV. It's too tight for both cars to be parked in the garage, and in the afternoon or weekend, it's very hard to find a street parking in the nearby neighborhood. The neighborhood is at the bay side and is much more peaceful than the ocean side. It's a wonderful place for a family vacation.

What U See Us What u Get ++

We were very pleased with the property. It was exactly as pictured. The home was clean, VERY well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our time here

This house has everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay. There’s plenty of room on the main floor, the kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. Parking is always a challenge but the garage held our Ford explorer and Hyundai Santa Fe with plenty of room to get the beach gear and bikes out. We plan on coming back!

Great location and property

This condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the appliances, pans, utensils that you could possibly need. There were games for the kids, beach toys, wagon, and many more things to make the stay perfect. There are a lot of stairs in the property, so I don’t think this would be great for someone with mobility issues. The garage is tight, but it looks like all parking in this area is snug. We had a full size SUV and it barely fit. There was no way to fit another vehicle in the garage at the same time. I would highly recommend the property….the location, amenities, view. It was a great stay and we would come back again!

Family Getaway

Beautiful location! Beds were very comfortable and lots of helpful amenities. Great water pressure in the showers. We appreciated the little extras like the shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom, dish soap, hand soap, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Unfortunately, the BBQ didn’t work properly which we had bought food for and the couches and flooring had food, dirt and sand from previous tenants. The vacuum to clean the floors didn’t work well enough but we used the broom often. We appreciated the quick fix to the kitchen faucet when it broke off. All in all, we would totally come back and stay at this place again. Thank you

Great Location with Views

The family was very impressed and we would stay here again. Pros • Large family room and kitchen (one of the main reasons we booked this place). Everybody was able to relax together in comfort. • Nice kitchen and bathrooms. • Great views. • Immediate access to the bay and easy access to the beach. • Walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. • Garage parking. We parked a 4runner and civic with little issue. • Well stocked. Cons • Dirty floors. I read a review saying the same so we packed a swiffer but the floors need a better cleaning between stays. • The bunk bed is difficult to get in and out of.
