Pacific Crush sits in in the northern end of Pacific Beach surrounded by the world famous Tourmaline Surf Park with miles and miles of beautiful, sandy beach. Located just a short stroll from the ocean and less than half a mile from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk. Miles of paved paths to ride your bike, rollerblade, walk, or just people watch. Tourmaline Surf park provides one of the best beginning surfing beaches and is very gentle for the little kiddos too. Grab a surfboard from the beach gear and head on down to catch a few waves. View the ocean, check the surf, watch incredible sunsets and the Sea World fireworks from our huge roof top deck, which includes a large outdoor dining table. Bring your meals up there and enjoy the sweet salty air while you take in the beautiful ocean views.

This centrally located modern 3+-bedroom, 3-bath private beach home (approximately 2,300 square feet) was just recently built in 2010. It is a hop, skip and a jump to the chic restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues that populate this popular beach town, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood.

The house features a great large room for entertaining, a fireplace, beautiful bathrooms with a large jacuzzi bath tub, granite kitchen counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining room. There is a beautiful enclosed private yard for entertaining, including a grill for cooking dinner and plenty of toys for the kids to play with.

THE SPACE
This house is fully equipped with all housewares and bedroom linens. It is stylishly decorated in "beach cottage" motif with an oversized comfortable couch.

There is a new king mattress in the master bedroom and queen bed along with twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. The third bedroom includes a full size bunkbed with a trundle pull out bed. There’s also a portable crib for those that have a baby. There's a bonus room/loft that includes a Day Bed with a trundle. The Living Room and Master bedroom also include large flatscreen televisions. A large stackable washer and dryer is located upstairs.

The private yard comes with an 8-person table available for parties, a private propane grill barbecue, a gas firepit, and lots of toys for the kids. Experience privacy while sipping a glass of wine after a long day of activities.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located a couple of blocks from Tourmaline beach, a grocery store, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Pacific Breeze is in an excellent location for those who want to take it easy and relax and walk everywhere.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable in all directions, just a short 5-10-minute walk to amazing beaches, La Jolla, restaurants, bars and shopping. A short Uber ride will take you to the World famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World or the Gaslamp District Downtown. Everything is also accessible by bus.

The house is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the San Diego Airport making Pacific Breeze very convenient and centrally located.
