Located in a charming complex with beautifully maintained grounds, guests can relax on the patio or take an easy stroll to many fantastic nearby restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

Enjoy the sunshine with a good book on the spacious patio, complete with lush turf and a private outdoor seating area perfect for unwinding.

The space
The suite includes:
• A comfortable queen bed with luxury linens
• A kitchen island with seating for two
• A Smart TV with YouTubeTV & Netflix included
• A convenient kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, and toaster

The BBQ area and laundry facilities are shared with the other units in the complex.

The complex is a small, professionally managed property operated entirely by Molly’s Rentals.

Guest access
This master suite has a completely private entrance, large grass patio with a comfortable sitting area, and full bathroom attached. There is a small efficiency with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig, and electric kettle. There is not a full kitchen.

Other things to note
***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.)

Absolutely No Smoking on Property!!!

Parking is included. It is an off-street driveway spot. You can easily fit a large SUV or Van in the spot.

The air conditioning is a portable unit that is installed from around June to October. (The rest of the year is very temperate and opening a window cools the property down quickly.)
