Beautiful place in a beautiful spot. High end construction and well maintained. All the kitchen stuff you need. Everything was complete sets as opposed to a load of disparate throw aways.

The property is gorgeous, impeccably maintained and in a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants. The rooftop offers one of the very best views of Mission Bay, and was the perfect place to enjoy "Golden hour" each evening. The host was extremely responsive to our questions, which largely revolved around accommodating two infants. The home is well-stocked with kitchen utensils and beach gear. I highly recommend this property.

This property was amazing. So many great spaces to gather. The house was well stocked with all the necessities. We have stayed at many houses in the area and this was by far the best. Parking is tight if you have large SUVs but there are 3 spaces which is unheard of.

Holiday Gathering

Wonderful property on quiet Mission Bay side of Mission Beach, with restaurants and shops, plus the amusement park and boardwalk a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the fire pit on the spacious roof deck and the flat beach in front of our gate. The spacious kitchen was a cook’s delightful, it was very well stocked with pans and appliances. The living spaces were comfortable and nicely decorated. It featured 3 large tv’s with cable and Roku, plus a fusbal game. In addition, the house had plenty of sand toys, croquet and boogy boards. The beds were comfortable, the linens nice and plenty of bath and beach towels. The onsite laundry and parking were really helpful. This is a great place to stay in San Diego.

Amazing stay

This was one of our all time favorites. The location is incredible-we went kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay side and it’s wonderfully quiet-only 2 blocks to the much more busy ocean side. The house itself is perfect-the beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved it! We hope ro return soon.

Summer Stay on Mission Bay

Our family,including daughters and grandkids, enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful property. The home has excellent features including a large well equipped kitchen and living room with views of the Bay, four bedrooms including a large master bedroom and bathroom, and a roof top area with bbq grill, lounge couches, and outdoor dining. There was at least six quality beach chairs and umbrella for your use at the bay or ocean.

On the Bay beauty

As a farming family we needed a week to recharge. This place was perfect. Enough room for us to gather and have fun but also room to be alone if someone needed it. Home was well equipped and a quick text was answered if we had any questions. Nicely set on Mission Bay with a paved walking path right outside the door. Walking distance to many places to eat and a short walk across the road to the ocean. Recommend this place to all.

Spectacular!!!

This word describes everything about this property and our family vacation! Our family (4 adults, 1 child 4 yrs. old and 1 child 2 yrs. old) celebrated Thanksgiving/Christmas during Thanksgiving week in San Diego. The views from this home are breath-taking! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, grabbing a bite to eat or just relaxing. We were able to park our two vehicles on the property. The home was very clean and stocked with all necessary essentials. Contacting management was easy and their response almost immediate. We truly loved everything about our stay at this property and the overall experience. We would HIGHLY recommend it to others looking for a SPECTACULAR time in San Diego!!!

Great weekend!

The house was the perfect set up for a four day weekend. Close to the beach, but it was nice being on the bayside for the younger ones in the party. Great kitchen that had plentifully utensils. Even had sharp knives. Had a foosball tournament. Really was a nice place to hang out with family

Fantastic waterfront beach house

We recently stayed with our family including daughters, husbands, and five grandkids from 5-14. Everyone enjoyed the property which included large living room and kitchen along with a very scenic rooftop terrace equipped with grille, dining table and huge outdoor sitting area. Great place for our sunset dinners and Seaworld fireworks display. We checked in only to discover that there was a backed up toilet which they fixed right away along with a malfunctioning ice maker which was fixed the next day. Excellent stay and time.

Great Family Spot

We brought 4 children under 3 and it was a perfect spot. The top of the stairs has a built in gate which was nice to keep the kids safe on the main kitchen floor. The roof top was spacious, setup to hang out or eat and watch the Sea World fireworks each night. Check in was extremely easy and the property management was so responsive. Oceanside is just a 2 minute walk if you were wanting some wave action.

Great house and location

Our first trip to San Diego and this house was in a perfect location to enjoy all the bay and beach has to enjoy. We liked the fact the bayside Broadwalk Is quieter and you aren’t far from the action on the beach side. Everything we needed was a walk away. Fab beach kit and absolutely every item you need in a kitchen!! Great size and we do feel we didn’t use the house as much as we should of as we were outside but would be a great space for two families as you have room.

Amazing Property!

This is an incredible house for a family vacation. Beautifully laid out with ample space for everyone, clean and modern. All the supplies for cooking meals are available along with comfy beds, amazing rooftop deck, beach supplies and shower gel/conditioner/shampoo. They really took the time to think about things that help when traveling with family. The location is outstanding with the quiet of the bayside and the beach side a quick walk. Great house in Mission on the quiet bay side. Check in/out was simple with great communication. House had everything needed for a weeklong stay. Walking distance to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.
