This house was the perfect location, clean and well appointed with supplies, and kitchen amenities. The backyard was a perfect space for our 2 dogs. We enjoyed our Christmas week there with extended family visiting us each day. We took daily walks to the beach and never had to worry about parking spaces. We fit our Chevy Silverado, our son’s Durango and our visiting daughter’s Ford Edge all in the driveway. The garage was perfect to store my husband’s bike and the bins we unpacked and extra food and water. The only thing I would change are the mattresses. I’d put in a king mattress in one room, but definitely replace each one with new mattresses. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The home is a block from the beach and easy walking distance to all PB restaurants and shops. It is a great little place if you are traveling with your pup - nice yard area. Only a 3-minute walk to see the sunrise and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. The host was very attentive and helpful.

This house had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, little cafes and a cute food fest while we were there. The property was well kept and it was great they had an outdoor shower. We were able to bypass the line for the beach showers and just rinsed off at home. This house will be the go to house when we visit SD again.

Great location! A block from the beach! The best taco shop just around the corner too! Grocery store is just a few blocks away… Everything you need is right there. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. They had YouTube TV and excellent WiFi. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location!

Stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was better than I could have imagined! All the girls got ready at the house and it was big enough for all of us to get ready comfortably (6 girls). The place was very comfortable and in such a convenient location. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to in PB. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Dream home!

I do not have enough nice things to say about this listing. Location a block from beach, beautiful mature landscaping. Perfect size for our group with updated interiors but retaining the original charm. Really wish this house were my own

All as advertised

Loved the property, loved the location. Steps from the beach, quiet at night . Only negative (and this is out of control of the property manager) is that we couldn't use the beautiful outdoor space during the day because of construction noise from the home behind the property.

Perfect in PB

Efficient little house in Pacific Beach. Close to the beach. Centrally located. Easy to get to La Jolla, Downtown SD, Coronado, etc. All the essentials in the kitchen. Nice fenced back yard for our pup. Perfect for a week away from home and to explore the city.

Great Vacation House

Perfect location. Cute house that looks recently remodeled. Has AC, fans in every room, windows open with screens. Walk in shower has 2 heads and loads of pressure to tidy up from the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off as well is a nice feature. Kitchen is well supplied. The TVs do have Rokus attached so you can stream content. Garage is stocked with beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella or two, and one boogie board. Was hoping for more, but there are several rental shops right around the corner. All in all, very satisfied with the property. Would stay again. You cant get much closer to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are entirely walkable.

Great vacation, awesome location!

I take my family to San Diego just about every year. I have to say that this rental was the best one we have stayed in. The place was clean and fully stocked w/ anything we might need. We cooked at home a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also loved the fact that we could use the grassy backyard for barbequing and hanging out. The location is right in the mix of some of the best restaurants and activities. Drift was exceptional to work with and made our trip extremely enjoyable. We will be back!

Great location

Close to everything. We enjoyed lots of walking and the boardwalk and restaurants were near by. We chose this property for location and having a yard. We do enjoy sitting outside in the morning and evening. It could have been cleaner out there. The table was dirty and the chairs and overhead wood had cobwebs. There were cute lights strung around the yard which created a nice evening ombiance.

Great location and the best shower ever!

The home is very airy and light-filled with a beautiful, green, backyard. The shower water is hot and forceful with two opposing shower heads streaming on you at once! Aaah. Only a one and one-half block flat walk to the beach. Close to everything within walking distance. We are seniors and enjoyed the youthful vibe there. We felt very safe and there were a variety of friendly people on the boardwalk and beach. We would stay there again. The only two negatives were that the TV viewing options are lacking (No Netflix app) and the dining room is small. Beautiful succulents in the yard. though.
