you can't beat an ocean breeze

The views are incredible especially with having 2 sliding doors to open, you can't beat an ocean breeze. Security was really great and friendly, especially as they are there 24/7. Loved the parking garage especially when it rained. Overall a great stay and would love to go back!

Love Capri By The Sea! All Seaons Staff Awful

The property was built in the late 1960's, it's well maintained. Views are incredible. We stayed for 28 nights. The only issue we encountered was very, very poor customer service at the All Seaons front desk. We asked for our unit to be cleaned THREE TIMES before it got cleaned. They would change the day without telling us - so we would vacate for hours, only to come back with no cleaning. Then we would inquire and they'd say the moved the day. second time

Great location, not a great unit.

Let me start by saying the location can’t be beat..however that’s about it. The unit itself was dingy. Mold around the shower, broken toilet and disgusting clogged sink. Broken tiles and sun blinds that were stuck in the down position. Beds were super super hard like sleeping on a box spring and pillows were so big that my neck was killing me after I woke up. We have a 20 and 15 year old that went to the pool- I had no idea the pool was a block away past an alley or I probably would have insisted we go with them. For a place that has SO many rules and so many fines in place I wonder if they are enforced, the entire unit smelled like marijuana so badly that when maintenance came about the toilet we found taken apart I asked where it was coming from and if they could do anything about it. Even after closing sliding doors it was so strong that it never truly went away. I don’t think the staff really cared. At the very least the people at the All Seasons desk in the building didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t stay here again, even with the view it’s just not worth it

No air conditioning but it wasn’t needed. Ocean breeze was awesome. Master bedroom shower had very low water pressure. Only problem we encountered.

Great view/location at Capri

Capri by the Sea is a great place to stay in PB - the view is amazing and I love the location. However, this place definitely needs some TLC. There are 6 shades for the front window, only one worked (by remote), and one was missing completely, the screen for the patio was broken... This is managed through All Seasons Resort Lodging (I haven't had great luck with quality properties through them before). So not what I was hoping for given the price, but staying at Capri is nice.
