Ubicación adecuada. La habitación demasiado antigua y con olor a viejo. Reclamé por el intenso mal olor a orina, y al solicitar cambio de habitación, no había disponible. Al siguiente día, tampoco resolvieron. Mala experiencia que me llevó a cancelar la siguiente reservación para la semana entrante. Primera vez que me sucede esto, mi familia quedo molesta.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca de transportes. No nos gustó la atención de la recepcionista. Nos cobró 50 dólares de depósito pagados en la tarjera. Nos dijo que nos lo regresarían en días hábiles, pero nunca apareció. En el check out no nos quiso dar comprobante del depósito.

El hotel es muy viejo, le hace falta mantenimiento. La habitación esta sucia, sabanas viejas y no hacen limpieza de cuarto. Hay poco personal (hay momentos en que no hay nadie en recepción) y el personal que esta no es muy eficiente, no saben muy bien los procedimientos como por ejemplo cobrar con tarjeta, etc. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación que tiene.

Pésimo servicio! Instalaciones demasiado viejas, pague con tarjeta y su vieja terminal no funcionaba correctamente provocando que me hicieran un cobro duplicado de lo cual el hotel no quiso hacerse responsable. El personal por su parte no tenía ninguna preocupación o interés en solucionarlo

Wir waren zu 2 Personen in einem 2 Bett-Zimmer an der Straßenseite zur 5th St in der 4. Etage für 8 Nächte. Es war nicht laut und den Straßenlärm hörte man des nachts kaum. Es gab jedenTag sehr guten Room-Serv. Kühlschrank, TV WC Dusche funktionierten gut. Die Zimmergröße war für ein Mittelklassehotel in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hatte einen Schreibtisch einen Schreibtischstuhl eine geräumige Kommode und ein Schrankelement mit vielen Bügeln. Alles bestens, aber ein 2 Stuhl oder Hocker wäre in einem 2-Bettzimmer sehr sinnvoll als Verbesserung. Dennoch:Das Hotel ist auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlenswert. Eine 5-Sternebewertung für ein Mittelklassehotel ist also durchaus gerechtfertigt.
