“the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!”

“Overall the house is very clean and spacious. Check in and check out was easy. Besides the house the neighborhood was ok only because during our stay there was a neighbor that was arguing very loud in front of their house in the middle of the night. ”

“If you don’t plan on staying at the location for very long and will spend most of the trip outside, then it’s a solid place to stay.That being said-We did not eat much there and only cooked once on the last day in the location, but we were still surrounded by ants.Every bed had ants around, but the worst was the one at the end of the hallway to the left of the entrance, many ants crawled on guests who slept.There was also a cabinet in the kitchen that was not properly attached that fell off...

“Cute clean, comfortable. Excellent location with access to San Jose, both sides of bay, etc. Easy quick trip to Saratoga and Mountain Winery for concerts. Easy access to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and even to Santa Cruz and the ocean. Had a great time, was a great place to unwind after a long active day. ”
