“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

“Loved the neighborhood and it was a short walk to Japantown. Parking on the street was easy, day and night, luckily we stayed on days that there were no street parking regulations. Checking in/out was easy. It was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Very nice that there was drinking water available in the common area to make coffee, refill water bottles. A unique stay in a Victorian house in a convenient area of San Jose, thank you!”

“The rental of this little house was disappointing we found it very dirty the bathroom we had to clean it to use in the bathroom door doesn't close, we had to use a basket that was there to keep the door closed when we used the bathroom, the mattress of the sofá bed it was very noise, there weren't enough towels, outside there are chairs and tables but everything was very dirty, I don't recommended enyone to rent this house”
