“Nice place. Clean, good communication. Nice light-blocking curtains. They did warn about the traffic. There are 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom is quite quiet, but the front bedroom gets some traffic noise, especially because the air conditioner in the window is not sealed very well so you get air and sound coming in from the outside. Although the traffic does really quiet down from 10-6am, on a rainy winter weeknight at least, and with earplugs it didn't bother me. ”

“Great home away from home. Spacious, clean and filled with amenities. Large kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with good pans and a great coffeemaker and also very good coffee and complimentary snacks. Very well designed with practicality in mind: every room has a side table with a lamp that has USB and USB-C plugs for your phone, so you do not need to look for a wall outlet. Also, the area is very quiet, with little traffic. Wonderful place. ”

“The house is in a great location for our birthday celebration for our 50 year old daughter.Perfect for our pets. It was not as well stocked as we are accustomed to - only one dishwasher tablet, no hot water in the bathroom lavatory in the bathroom on the fist floor, out door television didn't work, shortage of towels, no extra sheets. It just needs more TLC and attention to details. ”

“A nice, small house in a good area, short walking distance to Valley Fair Mall. Only 1 bathroom, so the folks in the 3 bedrooms will have to share, but this is typical of houses this age. Host has posted all instructions for WiFi and checkout next to the door, so expectations were clear.”
