“This was a nice place to stay for us to visit my brother’s family in Sunnyvale. The check out was super easy because Vikash has a “no chore” checkout policy. So it was super easy. Also Vikash was very responsive whenever we had questions. ”

“Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. “The house was in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful. The one bed was very squeaky but is perfect for children. There were some minor issues (coffee maker wouldn't work and washer/dryer issues) but the host was very responsive to the problems. ”

“Very clean, had everything we needed. Great location for our needs. Ray was very accommodating. LOVED the back yard - we spent more time there than in the house!”

Needs a little love (toilet paper holder very loose) and while it seems very clean & we met the lovely cleaning crew the age of the home is showing. Additionally those earlier reviews were spot on about the lacking kitchen ware. No regular spoons only soup size & cups for 4 when the house slerps 6 to 8. “Loved this place! The property was very cozy, clean, quiet and had an amazing view from the unit and property. A great place to just chill yet was about a 5 minute drive from Downtown shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was very handy in case you wanted to prepare a meal. The owner was very nice and communicative. This was my first time at this property and I will definitely will be coming back!”

“Overall stay was nice; location was great and nice open concept proposer for family stay . I would have expected a little better kitchen accessories - dishwasher and stove; at least should have a mixer grinder as we could not make any shakes. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds.”

“House was beautiful and had so much character. Plenty of space for our family staying together to hang out (3 adults 2 kids). Spacious, clean and had a driveway that fit both cars. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Felt safe in the home and kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday (plenty of silverware, plates, pans etc). Property owner was extremely responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Close to a street car...
