“This was a literally a "last minute" booking because we were "on-island" and the a/c broke down at our time share and after several days of being patient, decided we needed to move to another property. “Loved the penthouse. Beach was amazing. Loved having lounge chairs and floats. Had issues with dryer. Never could get it to dry beach towels. Upstairs bedrooms stayed warm. Could use fans up there. Was impressed with response time by Simona. Tv in living room needs to be updated. We could not get Netflix to load. Was impressed with stocking of essentials. We will definitely stay again and also recommend to friends and online. ”
