The space

This spacious and bright bungalow has been designed to envelop you in an atmosphere of absolute rest and privacy.



Distribution and Rest: It features two bedrooms equipped with the highest quality beds.

- The master bedroom has an impressive 2-metre-wide bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a fantastic private terrace with sun loungers to relax in complete privacy.

- The second bedroom offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to choose between two single beds of 100 x 200 cm or a double bed of 200 x 200 cm, as well as having a sofa bed (ideal for families and groups of up to 5 people).



Common Interior Areas:

It has two full bathrooms (one of them en suite in the master bedroom with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray). A cosy lounge with a large corner sofa, 47" Smart TV and an open-plan designer kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (including dishwasher).



Private Outdoor Spaces: In addition to the front terrace at garden level, the jewel of the house, there is an upper terrace equipped with a dining table for 6 guests and a gas barbecue, the perfect setting to enjoy unforgettable dinners under the stars and with direct views of the bay.



Comfort Details: Silent ceiling fans in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and all the small details necessary for your stay to flow without worries.

- Main Pool: A large heated swimming pool maintained at 24 °C throughout the year.



- Relaxation Pool: A spectacular 12-metre freshwater pool, heated to 36°C, ideal for floating peacefully.



- Children's Pool: Heated and safe for the youngest, heated and open all year round.



- Community facilities: The swimming pool area has showers, communal bathrooms and a vast natural grass garden which, throughout the year, enjoys very few users, guaranteeing a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.



- Environment and Beach: The complex provides direct access to the seafront promenade that borders the coast, from where you can access pristine bathing areas just a few steps from the house.

Swimming pool opening hours:

Spring / Autumn: 9:00 – 18:00

Summer: 9:00 – 19:00

Winter: 9:00 – 17:00



Rest guidelines: Being in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask our guests to maintain a serene environment and avoid disturbing noises, especially during nighttime rest hours.
