Villa, piscina, 8 personas con vista al campo de golf y el wifi Amarilla mar

Amplia y lujosa villa con vistas directamente a uno de los más bellos campos de golf de Tenerife, con impresionantes vistas al mar. Piscina climatizada con una gran terraza orientada al sur. habitaciones con aire acondicionado.
Tenerife cuenta con un clima único debido al comercio con la luz del sol y las temperaturas de 22 grados en invierno y 29 grados en verano todo el año
La villa y sus jardines privados ligeramente elevados, ofrece sin duda una de las más hermosas vistas al mar de la isla. Su terraza tiene una gran mesa de diez plazas, allí más 8 sillas para tomar sol o sombra bajo una gran palmera durante todo el día.
La calefacción solar piscina climatizada nunca es más profundo que 1m30 proporcionar un espacio ideal para niños y adultos.
La terraza también está equipado con una barbacoa.

La villa es típica de la isla, muy espaciosa, con un gran salón de 45m2, 2 habitaciones dobles y 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales y dos baños. Hay un espacio televison y comedor sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada (lavadora, lavavajillas, etc ..). También incluye una mesa de 6 plazas donde el desayuno se puede tomar.
Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas. Wi-Fi está disponible.

We spent 13 days in this lovely villa. The villa had everything we wished for. Anthony the host was incredible and assisted us with a small issue we had. I will definitely will come back.

Lovely location

We all enjoyed looking at the planes overhead and walking down to the local restaurants in the evenings.Good property but the property listing did not state that one of the bathrooms was en-suite which made it trickier as we were two families.

Fantastic location and Villa

We’ve stayed in Golf Del Sur many times and this has been the best villa yet by far. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool is heated and perfect for cooling off. Bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. So good we’re planning to rebook!

Maison avec jolie vue sur le golf et la mer

Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, faible profondeur, chauffée. La cuisine est bien équipée, 4 chambres indépendantes, 2 Sdb permettent un séjour très confortable pour une famille. L’entrée du golf est à 5mn à pied. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte.

A good villa in a great location

The villa was spacious and suited our party of five mountain bikers very well as there was room to store our bikes inside and the pool was very welcome after a ride. The outside area had plenty of space and we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool. There are bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schon schön und auch die Inneneinrichtung und Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Das einzige, was ein bisschen nervt, ist das alle 5 Minuten gefühlt ein Flugzeug über den Kopf hinweg fliegt aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. ansonsten sehr schönes Haus, sehr schön Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder

Villa in Amarilla Golf from Feb 2 to March 2 2023

We stayed for 4 weeks in the villa. The area seemed very quiet at first but we soon learned that the shops, restaurants and bus stops were only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course to the sea. There was an issue with the pool mechanism, but we were impressed with the speedy efforts of the owner to rectify this from France. The villa could do with a little TLC, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back at some time in the future.

Family holiday

This was a long awaited for family holiday of a lifetime. We had an amazing time and made our own fun, however the villa does need updating - urgently. Although we had everything that we needed, it wasn't clear that the location is directly underneath the "flight path" and the planes are quite loud, nor would we receive unwanted stray golf balls from golfers, which landed on sunbeds and pool. This Villa should not be rated as 4 star on your website.

A very nice Villa, plenty of room, comfortable seating, very good Television, kitchen well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers etc, outside again sun beds & table & chairs all there, Pool heated by Solar panels that don't seem to be that good temp of water while we where there 18-20 degree's at best-so quite chilly but ok when you got used to it, we paid extra for cleaning & change of linen, quality of sheets & towels ok. there are a few steep steps at the entrance that could give someone with walking problems a problem, but a nice villa that we will be looking at for next year, thank you Anthony for your help

Villa magnifique dans un endroit calme

Nous revenons enchantés de 12 jours passés à Amarilla golf. La villa est superbe et très bien équipée (essuies de plage, de vaisselle, jeux de société, livres, jeux de piscine....) La vue sur le golf est imprenable! L air conditionné dans 3 des 4 chambres est un plus très appréciable! Le propriétaire est très disponible. Il est nécessaire d avoir une voiture car assez loin des commerces. Belles balades à faire dans les alentours. Nous recommandons la villa d Anthony sans hésiter et espérons y revenir!!!

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at Anthony's villa,communication was spot on from booking to leaving for home. The villa has everything you need for a restful holiday, the security shutters gave us great piece of mind,our party consisted of four adults and two children,there was plenty of room for everyone ,nice pool sometimes it was like getting into a warm bath,aircon was very welcome as well.The villa is 10/15 minutes walk down the hill were you will find a bar(wildgeese irish bar)does good food and cheap drinks .If you go down the hill facing the pub,you will find more restaurants. The main square is called San Blas(12 euros return for 6 passengers),hire of a car is recommended although we ordered an home delivery from the Mercadona supermarket (you can do a pre order on their app before you go out and then get a next day delivery when you get to the villa).The villa is overlooking a golf course and has a great view of the sea.,the course nearest to the villa is a 9 hole pitch and put 20euros each for has long has you want great fun even if you are a golf novice. All in all we had a great time at the villa,we would definitely go back.

Great place and a great stay.

On arriving we were pleased with what we found. A great villa in a great location with great views. The villa contained all that you could want and likely more. We initially had plans to do lots of things but ended up not going far as being at the villa was perfect. Yes it’s near the airport but we all can honestly say the aircraft never caused any issues and being close was actually a bonus as no long travel time on arrival or heading back to airport. We hire cars when ever we visit Tenerife and I’d suggest one at this villa is worth it. That said the like super market very close by and walkable was perfect for most things and we did not notice a massive mark up on costs. A near by Aldi was our main shop but that did need the car. We have not visited Tenerife and this area for about 7 years and found it just as nice if not better in many ways. Lots of nice / cheap places to eat within 15-20 walk, some sea facing and some in a little complex over at Golf de Sur. Really nice vibe in the whole area. Especially around villa. It felt safe and was very relaxing and peaceful (even with odd plane). Never heard the neighbours at all. The only sounds on many s day was the odd ping of a golfer hitting his ball from the course behind the villa sometimes followed by ‘four’ but nothing to bother us. Having the course behind the villa was one of the many nice things about the stay. We do hope to return and I see no reason why we won’t be looking at another stay here if it was available.

Haus geräumig aber renovierungsbedürftig und sehr laut!!!

Wir sind Ende Juli für 11 Tage mit 6 Personen zwischen 16 und 82 Jahre angereist!Das Haus ist sehr geräumig aber leider in die Jahre gekommen! Fenster kommen aus den Angeln und Schubladen sind defekt!Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet,aber bei den günstigen Preisen sind wir die meiste Zeit essen gegangen!Der Pool hat völlig ausgereicht und wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt!In der näheren Umgebung sind ein paar Restaurants und ein paar kleine Läden,allerdings ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen.Da wir ein Auto hatten konnten wir die Insel ohne Probleme erkunden.Was allerdings der größte Störfaktor war und meiner Meinung nach unbedingt in die Beschreibung der Immobilie gehört …ist der erhebliche Fluglärm!!!!Das Haus liegt in direkter Einflugschneise….Die Flugzeuge brettern bis zu 90 mal am Tag bis 2 Uhr nachts direkt über das Haus!!!In der Anzeige steht natürlich 11 min. vom Flughafen entfernt …aber das die Flugzeuge in nur 30 Meter Höhe direkt über das Haus fliegen war uns nicht klar und hat die Erholung sehr schwer gemacht!Uns war es wichtig diesbezüglich eine realistische Bewertung abzugeben um andere künftige Urlauber zu informieren da das Haus auch weiß Gott kein Schnäppchen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut!Er hat uns rechtzeitig alle erforderlichen Informationen zukommen lassen.

Dated Property Which Needs Investment to bring this up to a reasonable standard

The communication from the owner was really good and timely however not all issues were addressed. Unable to use the iron as it kept blowing electrics and was told an electrician would be contacted however nothing happened unfortunately. The property had a real issue with cockroaches and although my husband did reduce the number by laying traps and spraying daily, there was still a significant amount. This really was the factor that drive our decision to leave the villa a week early, I just could not live in that environment. The booklet in the villa does mention the cockroaches and suggests it is common for the island however I’ve been to Tenerife many, many times and this is the first time I’ve seen such infestation. Pool has a number tiles missing from the floor and surround which, although still usable it added to the overall underwhelming experience. The counters in the kitchen were split and lifting which, in my opinion, is not hygienic. As I reported to the owner, my expectation was to have a “home away from home experience”. This fell well short. The proximity to both the airport and the golf course are positives, with some investment the villa has the potential to increase its rating. Finally the villa is directly under the flight path and whilst this did not bother us at all, it should be mentioned as it’s not for everyone. In over 30 years of using private villas, thrush is the only time I’ve cut my vacation short due to quality of the home.

Es entsprach nicht der Beschreibung des Hauses

Alles sehr abgenutzt. Kopfkissen neu gekauft, waren voller Flecken, ebenso Topper entfernt, Sitzkissen von Esszimmerstühlen fleckig nicht gereinigt.Pool nicht geheizt nur 21, 22 Grad , wurde auch nicht geändert da Solar nicht funktionierte .Pool-Fliesen ab , liegen teilweise im Becken. Von 8 Gartenstühlen 4 gebrochen. Bettwäsche für 5 Wochen nur 1 mal vorhanden und das versprochene 1 mal kostenloses Putzen ist auch ausgefallen. Corona, aber man hat keine 3 Wochen Corona. Einen Tag Gärtner , mit Motorsäge da, weil alles auf Terrasse gewachsen war und verdreckt vom Samen der Palme. Jeden dritten Tag ein Golfball auf der Terrasse oder pool , super für Golfer braucht man keine zu kaufen.Keine Poolhandtücher und für 5 Wochen nur 3 Handtücher . Für Flugbegeisterte ideal, da ab mittags im 2 bis 4 minütigen Takt ein Flieger in ca 150 Meter über das Haus fliegt , Einflugschneise. Sonnenschirme fallen bei dem teilweise starkem Wind , geschlossen, mit Ständer um und brechen . Der Wind ideal für die Kite - Surfer. Also etwas luxuriöses konnten wir nicht finden, da am Haus und im Haus der Putz von Wänden blätterte , und im Wohnraum sind sogar die Fliesen mit ganz anderen , nicht passenden ausgetauscht worden.Der Ausblick auf den Übungsgolfplatz und auf das Meer wäre eigentlich ganz schön aber nicht auf das verrostete Poolfilterhäuschen Auf der Terrasse . Für Ruhesuchende und Kinder nicht so empfehlenswert.

Casa estupenda

La casa está muy bien equipada, con ventiladores y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. En un lugar tranquilo, junto al campo de golf. A 5 min en coche de supermercados y zona de ocio. 100% recomendable, incluso si van niños.

Lovely staying

We have had a really good time at Anthony’s! Nice and spacious villa for 6-8 pax and beautiful view to the golf course. We enjoyed the pool very much as we needed to do some physiotherapy into the water. I recommend this villa . Maria Afonso
