“While your view is out over the marina and not the beach, it is a lovely sight to wake up to. This location is ideal for walking around Waikiki. We loved that there is an onsite car rental agency in the parking garage. It made it quite easy to rent and return without going too far!”

“Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. “Hidden little gem on the south side of Waikiki. Very clean, everything as listed. Kevin made check-in so easy. The sun deck access on the 10th floor has spectacular views of Diamond Head and any bands playing on Kuhio Beach (I got to see J Boog playing from here, so cool!). 2 minutes to the beach and shopping. “This was our first trip to Hawaii. The property was clean and satisfactorily met all of our needs. It seemed to be centrally located in the Waikiki area. We appreciated the 20th floor balcony with a view of Diamond Head and a partial view of the water and the Fireworks on Friday nights.”

“This place is an absolute steal. Everything about it is perfect and the room comes equipped with everything you need. I saw a few older reviews mentioning the room was outdated but please know they clearly updated it since then. It felt clean, modern and there’s a balcony! The only thing you must be aware of going in is that it’s NOISY. You are in the middle of the city so there will always be street noise day and night. “Was a decent place to stay close to downtown. Parking quite limited/tight spaces and an extra fee on top of stay :(. Also no swimming pool or hot tub on-site, though they did offer to let you use the other outrigger’s pool. Staff friendly and helpful in helping orient you, provide directions etc. kitchen was equipped to do meals vs. eating out.”
