“Although the condo is under extensive exterior repairs, our end of the condo was not being repaired. The inside of condo is as pictured, with basic amenities. Since there is no a/c we appreciated the many fans that kept the condo cool. The views of the ocean are amazing and we loved the sunrises. There are a few local food trucks close and the Crouching Lion restaurant is awesome. We were looking for quiet and remote and this condo was perfect.”

“The room was clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The sleeping area had the largest TV I have ever seen in a room this size. It was like watching TV in a theater. My wife and I were very pleased with our 9 day stay. We found many nearby locations to eat. Being only a short 10 minute walk from the Honolulu convention center made it ideal for the days I had to attend meetings there. We would recommend this condo ”

“We booked the Banyan for almost a two week stay on Oahu and were extremely pleased with the location, the room, and the service. The location is just a couple blocks from the beach (less than 5 minutes on foot), with amazing views of Waikiki beach and the area. Views also included the Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head. “Ubicado en un lugar privilegiado con la gran ventaja de tener el parking en el mismo edificio. Cama muy cómoda y habitación espaciosa. Zona muy ruidosa, aunque ya avisa el propietario, que si no quieres ruido te vayas a un resort. Se entiende que es ruidosa porque hay mucha vida playera. Como única queja, el ruido de la nevera y el aire acondicionado pero creo que es común a todo este tipo de aparatos a menos que sea un hotel con climatización centralizada.
