Wonderful house, super well appointed and beautifully decorated. Probably one of the top 5 VRBOs we have stayed in. The ONLY thing I would suggest that could improve the property is to install a Level 2 charger for EV

Very clean and beautiful setting

The house was very clean and had a beautiful deck to enjoy the views of the lake. The property was pet friendly and had a clean hottub, fire pit, a basement movie room and was close to town. Highly recommend this place.

Winter family time

This was a fantastic house to bring three families together for a few days of skiing and hanging out. House is super modern and plenty of space to run around. We had a great time.

Wonderful and relaxing location

We absolutely LOVED staying here - I nearly decided to up and move to the area right away. It was a great location - accessible to amenities, easy access to the beach/lake, meticulously organized and well thought-out house (labels for EVERYTHING) and beautiful setting. We really couldn't have had a better time. Thank you for this rejuvenating experience - with 7 kids, we all needed it!

Beautiful home and property!

This property far exceeded our expectations! We love to stay around Lake Pend Orielle and this is one of the nicest, well-stocked, and best maintained properties we've been to. Though the lake level is low in April, we loved the long lawn (perfect for kids), sandy beach, views, quiet area, ping pong table and wonderful kitchen. With such wonderful linens, spacious rooms, and so many amenities, it made for a truly relaxing weekend away.

Lovely Getaway and High-End Details

This was a great stay for our family with young kiddos. Though the weather didn't allow for being outside much, the house had cupboards of puzzles, toys, games, movies and the like for our kids to enjoy. The beds and linens were very luxurious and the kitchen had all that we needed--even a crockpot (when ai realized we forgot ours). One of the little tips I can add for future guests is that the stovetop is an induction one--so if you bring any of your own cookware or espresso maker like we did, it won't heat up on the stovetop. Lovely home in every way with so many thoughtful touches.

Great Home, location,& management company.

The home is beautiful! Views of the lake & wildlife are priceless! Especially when viewing them from a relaxing jacuzzi. Management company was the best I’ve ever worked with. Rent vacation homes regularly for going on 20 years & they were great! Actually sent a “ maintenance crew” to the lake home when I just left a message inquiring on a key to the boathouse for supplies & ( portable fireplace ). And when items couldn’t be located they had it delivered & installed very next day. Overall great vacation home!

Great Time

The weather wasn’t exactly what we expected but we made the most of it and the house was super comfortable and had everything we needed (with the exception of a fire pit which has not been replaced since last winter we learned). The Hot tub was great, lake was amazing and overall we had a blast making memories!

They were able to accommodate us on very short notice and it was the absolute perfect place for us. Nicely updated waterfront home in a nice neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to Sandpoint. Had all the amenities we needed and very well-stocked. Extremely attentive Property Management Company. Very pleased! Didn't want to leave. Would stay here again!!

peaceful and relaxing

Our family of four had a wonderful time! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly ever need. We went paddleboarding and kayaking and through Action Watersports, we spent a day on the lake learning how to waterski (we had a blast- thanks Pat). The beds are super comfortable and it is so quiet and peaceful at night that you can hear a pin drop. The house is on;y short drive to the local grocery store (which also had everything we wanted/needed). We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Great place

This is a gorgeous place right on the water. Probably the best-stocked house I have ever rented, with everything in awesome condition. It’s a 10-minute drive from downtown, so bit far for those who want to walk to restaurants or order food delivery. I dinged communication a bit. Here’s the scoop. The property managing was initially unresponsive to questions; didn’t like that. But once they engaged shortly before the trip, their responsiveness was just superb! And I mean, superb. By no means would I stay away because of this. Just know that if you have an urgent question that comes up weeks before you plan to arrive, you’d be better off giving them a call. Bottom line: I couldn’t recommend this house more, and if you come you’ll be glad you did.
