  • We offer more that just a pretty home to rent for vacation. We offer a superb location in downtown Sandusky. Two blocks from the water minutes to every hot spot in downtown. And trust me our downtown is Hottttt!!!!!! Our downtown has been voted the #1 Coastal Downtown in America by USA TODAY!!
    It has such a cool coastal vibe, you're going to just love it.

    This beautiful beach themed house is just 1 short mile to Cedar Point. This home is very large with room to roam and boasts two staircases. We've redone all the bedrooms in light and airy colors. Our incredible Beach themed home features 8 bedrooms (one on the main floor).One King, Eight Queens, One Double and one pull out futon. The forever water heater means you'll never run out of hot water....take a nice hot, long shower if you want to. If you like restaurants, museums, coffee houses, night spots, theaters and antique shops you will love staying in this location.

    Private parking for three/four in the back with additional parking directly in front of our home for four/five additional vehicles. We offer dining room seating for 20 with six additional seats in the kitchen. We've also added a privacy deck and eating area for entertaining in the back.....palm trees...white lights....you get the picture. Come stay in a extra large home where generations can come together as a family and create memories that will last a lifetime.

    Lake Erie beckons just a short walk away with the boat launch right downtown. Many beautiful parks and play areas line our waterfront. You'll love strolling through our beautiful downtown. We offer a brand new ax throwing bar (fun) an all new indoor mall with new eating establishments. Come enjoy our lush gardens and you can even visit the Carousel Museum to enjoy a ride on their indoor carousel from Cedar Point long ago. Our downtown caters to all levels of tastes in cuisine.

    We offer tons of waterfront dining, café style coffee shops and incredible pizzeria's. We have something for everyone. We are a short drive away from the new Cedar Point Sports Complex as well. We look forward to having you stay for a week or a month. Everyone loves vacationing together!

This was a beautiful home in a great location. All the beds and bedrooms were perfect for our family of 15. The hosts were super accommodating and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again

Great place to visit. Sandusky has so many things to do. Lots of places to eat and drink. This house is withhin almost everything. I definitely stay again.

Awesome

It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies such as pots pans utensils. Was plenty of room for my 19 people. We enjoyed being close to downtown especially the jet express. We had a great time getting to be together and catching up.

Great family vacation

Very spacious, clean Victorian home, everyone had their own bedroom, centrally located to downtown area of Sandusky...Jeff and Angie were very hospitable hosts, we had a wonderful time.

Worked well for us

Stayed a couple nights for a golf weekend with the boys. It worked well for our needs and a short walk to the fun downtown area at night.

Sandusky is a really fun and beautiful city for all ages...lots of green space, beautiful gardens and parks and ‘run around’ places for kids. The house is very close to town, just a quick and easy walk to downtown. The home is huge with lots of lovely little bedrooms to choose from for our big family gathering and many other areas to gather and dine and play games. It’s an older house with lots of charm and is decorated nicely. The owners communicated very well and responded promptly when asked questions…super easy! We had a great time making the house our home for the weekend and would stay here again!

Volleyball team stay

This was the perfect spot for a group of 5 girls and their parents to stay (and we could have fit more). Only a 5 minute drive to Cedar Point and an 10 minute drive to the sports center where we attended a volleyball tournament. We were also in walking distance to the downtown restaurants and night life. We would definitely stay here again!

It is bigger than you think

Alot of room for family get together. We all agreed much better than staying at hotel where we all have to go to our separate rooms. Very clean,spacious,and quiet. Located downtown and walking to the lake and the pier

Pretty Historic Home

This house was great for our annual Halloweekends Trip. The house has plenty of rooms for a large group. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped our big dinners. The master bed was extremely comfortable!

Great location and lots of special touches

Our family celebrated two college graduations and had a great time! The owner really goes above and beyond to add special touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic to the ferry, waterfront and downtown nightlife. Watching the sunset at Dockside Cafe was one of our favorite spots. You will be sure to enjoy your stay!

Girls’ Getaway

Beautiful vintage property with plenty of space/bedrooms for all. Was perfect for our group of longtime friends to spend time together. Easy to find. Convenient to waterfront, downtown attractions and Cedar Point. Easy to get to Marblehead and Kelly’s Island

So spacious!

This is our second time staying at the property. It’s central, convenient, clean and very close to Cedar Point/historic Sandusky restaurants. We love having plenty of room for a houseful of family. The kitchen is beautifully outfitted for large groups. There are a number of games and several seating/eating areas.

Perfect wedding weekend

This house was perfectly suited for our home base for our son’s wedding. We were just a few blocks from all the venues- rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. Perfect in every way!

Great place for Surprise 50th bday

My husband is a rollercoaster fan. So for his 50th birthday I want to surprise him with Cedar Point and Family and Friends. This place was great plenty of room for the 17 of us and close to the park.

Family reunion

This house was a perfect place for our family reunion. We had 15 staying there, ages from 7 to 73. The bedroom & bathroom on the first floor worked well for my brother-in-law who does not do well with stairs. Plenty of things to do in the area for all ages. Many places/things to do within walking distance of the house. I would definitely come back here again.

Great family vacation home

Nice home for our large extended family vacation. Walking distance to downtown and the water. As other reviewers have mentioned the bedroom/bathroom layout is odd with having to walk through a bedroom or a bathroom upstairs to get to the stairs, but we made it work. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.
