Villa ben parit

We loved our stay in villa ben parit. Excellent villa and so close to all the restaurants, bars, beaches etc. The only downside was the temperature of the showers downstairs which were only intermittently hot and the pressure not great. Apart from that everything else great. Some of the villa would benefit from a bit of tlc, eg the bathroom in the bedroom could do with an upgrade. We would definitely stay again though.

Fabulous!!!!

This is a fabulous villa in a perfect location. We stayed for a week in August and it was perfect. Air-conditioning in every room is extremely good, the pool was clean and well maintained but please note it is deep. Restaurants, the sea, Cafe Del Mar, supermarket and a beach are all easy walking distance and the port of Sant Antoni is a just a little further but still walkable. Big outside terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture was very welcome particularly the pretty shaded area. There is a roof terrace with furniture also. Showers are all good with tons of hot water and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. I can't praise this villa highly enough, Javier was super helpful in allowing me to drop luggage before check in time so I could do an airport run. All in all: FABULOUS!! There is an outside barbecue and pizza oven which we used. Inside the villa is comfotable and well funished with good beds and lots of good quality towels too. WiFi is VERY fast but coverage in the house is patchy, There is good mobile phone service.

Great Property, Great Facilities. In A Great Location

We had a great stay in this property, 2 families - 10 adults/teenagers altogether. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Plenty of room to sunbath or relax in shade too. There is a covered external dining area although we moved table outside for the duration of our stay. Rooms all comfortable and the aircon worked great. Plenty of hot water with 3 decent size bathrooms between us all. Pool side shower/WC too. Two massive fridges so accommodating big shop with food and drink no problem. Large supermarket is a 2 minute drive away and there is a small supermarket only 2 minutes walk away. Quietish (for Ibiza) beach and bars/restaurants only a short walk away - where you can watch very impressive sunsets. The "strip" is also within walking distance (high energy party atmosphere) with some other nice marina side restaurants beyond that. Property was very quiet at night as on right on the outskirts of town. Easy access to road networks to reach other parts of the island. Cala Salada beach is only a couple of miles north and was well worth a visit (busier at Weekend) although Jelly Fish present on our second visit - although this seemed to affect the whole island - something to do with a day of choppy seas I think . Worth getting the free "Medusa" app which shows where the little rascals are most likely to appear! Formentera island is well worth a visit too - dead easy and good value scooter hire available at the port once you are there. Great way to see this small island in a day. There are very regular ferries from Ibiza Town (which itself is lovely place in the evening - 25 minute drive from villa). Only slight downside is there is only parking for one car on the property but there is public parking outside and we had no problem finding a space. Check-in/out very efficient given you have to faff about with sharing passport details with local police via the agent's app. Would recommend to anyone who likes the option of a quiet private haven with all day sunshine around the pool, good local facilities and great location to explore the lovely island of the Ibiza.

Amazing villa, great location

Excellent experience. Property manager was really quick to respond to any queries and very helpful answering all our questions. The villa is absolutely stunning and really well equipped. We would definitely use it again and recommend to friends

Great villa, fabulous location

Javier the property manager was really great - helpful, flexible and accommodating. The villa is spacious and quiet, yet walking distance to loads in San Antonio. I normally never stay in San Antonio but was really pleasantly surprised this time. Great villa, great property manager, very happy to recommend and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful House at a great location

We had a great time at this Villa and Javier was very nice and welcoming. The location is great, close to the beach and few restaurants. The pool and outside area is very nice. The Wi-Fi was not strong, which Javier said will be fixed. Overall a very nice stay at this villa.

Maison idéalement située, proche du centre ville et des plages tout en étant au calme.

Maison très agréable, personnel très aimable à l’arrivée et au départ.Piscine assez grande et agréable, un seul bémol, elle n’est pas sécurisée, un portail qui ne ferme plus et 2 autres accès non protégés.Les extérieurs sont agréables tout comme la maison.

A fantastic villa in a great location.

We absolutely loved the outside space and pool area. The villa is conveniently located with just a ten minute walk to Cala Gracio and about the same to central San Antonio. Meaning no need for the hassle of taxis when you need to nip to the shops or are off to the beach as we’ve found with villas further out of town.

Brilliant villa in terrific location close to the town and yet set apart enough.

Great villa with lovely pool area and fantastic facilities. The location is tremendous- close enough to the town to join in the party and yet close enough away that you could be in the middle of nowhere. Alfonso was a a great host- on hand if needed.

schöne Villa, super Poolanlage und sehr gute Lage

Wir konnten unsere Ferien in dieser Anlage sehr geniessen. Der Pool und das ganze rundherum ist hat viel Platz und ist sehr schön angelegt. Das ganze Anlage war sauber gereinigt und gepflegt. Zum grillieren fehlen einpaar gute Zubehör, zudem war diese leider auch nur spärlich gereinigt. Aber trotzdem sehr gerne wieder.

Lovely Property - Great location!

We had an amazing stay at the villa, our host Alfonso was friendly and welcoming and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around, the outside grounds were large and you didn't feel overlooked at all and the location was a perfect distance from central San Antonio but still very walkable as was the beach at Cala Gracio. The property itself was great the outhouse/kitchen at the back of the pool was fantastic for lunch and drinks by the pool and the bedrooms were very comfortable, everybody commented and how comfortable the beds were. I would be sure to recommend this villa to anybody. We had a great time, thank you!

Brilliant Villa!

I would throughly recommend this villa. We had 6 nights here over the New Year and it was perfect. The villa is in a lovely setting with really nice outside area around the pool. Almost everything you could ask for in a villa, this villa has. Sleeps 10, lots of communal space inside and out, plus 3 bathrooms. Close to beaches, coastal walks, shops and bars. Hosts were nice and helpful. I would recommend a car if you’re looking to explore a bit of the island. Villa has private parking. Enjoy!!

Absolutely loved it - very impressed

We were a group of 11 girls and we had an amazing time at this villa. The owner was very pleasant and met us at the property on time - he answered any questions we had and was always to hand if we needed him! We are already looking to go back next year!

Schöne Lage. St Antoni viele Engländer

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen von dem Hausherren. Das Haus liegt 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, schöner großer Schwimmbad. Im Haus hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir (6 Personen) können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an Javier Ramos für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Great property in good location but far enough away from nightlife. 20 minute walk to Cala Grasio.

Very relaxing holiday Villa was ideal for us, Supermarkets all over the place so shopping was easy, nice restaurants too. 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach. Thought the upstairs was a bit of a wasted space and could do with making a sitting room an en-suite bedroom. We virtually lived outside in the Kitchen by the pool. Really nice swimming pool and lots of sun.
