    new apartments were created. First occupancy in July 2016.
    The house has 7 floors of which 6 floors are assigned to the apartments. This awesome
    Luxuriously furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired is located on the 6 floor ..... On about 65 square meters
    There are two separate double bedrooms, an open living / dining area and a shower room. The balcony has a size of about 10 square meters
    with a fantastic view of the sea and the beach promenade. Final cleaning can be found under the item rental prices ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and is not incl.

Apartamento con maravillosas vistas al mar

Apartamento muy bien localizado frente al mar. Todo lo necesario para estar comodamente. Por poner algun comentario negativo los 90 euros extras que te cobran por la limpieza, y que no se refleja en el estado del apartamento con algunas estancias y lamparas con bastante polvo.

Super Meerblick, sehr gute Betten, gute Größe.Sonne auf Balkon erst ab Mitte April. Laminatboden im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht Werden. Elektrik nicht stabil, FI hat 2x ausgelöst!Lichtschaltungen sind unlogische Sparschaltungen.Sehr hellhörig, von Terrasse und Wohnung oberhalb (7. Flur) .möbelrücken und palaber bis morgens um 4.

Great place!

The apartment is unbelievable well located. The view from the balcony is awesome, you cannot believe it the first time you see it. Place was super clean and have a lot of useful appliances. There is a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and the beach is great! Highly recommend to stay here! Definitely my next time to Mallorca will stay here.

Great apartment in prime location

The apartment was as pictured. The best part is the balcony and views overlooking the promenade and beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and communication with the host was great. I would stay here again. Parking was also super easy. We loved the stay!

the property was located in a beautiful ocean view setting. some things i wish the property owner had provided was more towels and bedding. it was not enough blankets or towels. also it would have been nice to supply some sample shampoos and bath gel or conditioners. i brought my own but it would be good to provide some as extra care for your guests. overall it was nice accommodations.

Die Wohnung ist in einer top Lage leider ist die Einrichtung sehr billig Sofa und Betten sind sehr unbequem.ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.würden es aber nicht nochmals nehmen

Leider hat man uns von Seiten Vermietung nicht vorinformiert, dass vis á vis ein Hotel total renoviert wird. Der baulärm hat uns veranlasst, das Arrangement kurzfristig und in Absprache des Eigentümers zu stornieren. Wir hätten im Vorfeld eine Info gewünscht Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Amazing Views

This apartment does not disappoint. It is very well presented, clean & was as described with modern furnishings, a great shower, & a very modern air conditioning system. All as described but the balcony views are the best part. I was unsure whether the pictures were true to form until we arrived - I would consider this apartment to be the best in the block. Positioned on a corner plot - you get spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. You can see the beach for miles & there is no noise to disturb the sound of the waves - only when the hotel opposite had their ‘entertainment’ - but this was not all the time. You are literally a walk across the road from being on the beach. The only reason for the lack of full marks was the host - I will politely put that we had a ‘miscommunication’ and am going to put positively down as a language barrier! Until you book this accommodation, there is no suggestion of a 100 euro fee for cleaning. Normally this is included in the price but visible as part of the booking. Nowhere did it state that we needed to pay this fee on arrival (I have checked over & over). The first morning I received a barrage of missed calls & voicemails asking where the money was & was made to feel as though we were avoiding paying this. I could understand had we already left the property but we had only just arrived & I was being hounded. Not the best start to the holiday - advice to the host - you must make this clear to your guests to avoid confusion!

Disfrutamos mucho de este apartamento. La vista sobre el mar es impresionante. El apartamento está bien amueblado. Nos encantaría volver aquí la próxima vez que vayamos a Mallorca.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben zu dritt 3 Wochen in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, alles war sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wie auf den Fotos. Morgens mit Käffchen auf dem eigenen Balkon den Sonnenaufgang anschauen…toll!!! Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, in ca. 500m sind zwei sehr große Supermärkte, im Ort ist alles an Restaurants und Geschäften, was man braucht und unten im Haus sind ein paar kleine Supermärkte, die auch alles haben. Falls man doch ein Auto hat…in der Straße waren sogar im Juli immer freie Parkplätze. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, die Betten sind sehr gut (sogar mit Meerblick), das Sofa gemütlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Danke an Thomas für die gute Betreuung, wir hatten den perfekten Traumurlaub!!

Super Wohnung mit sehr schönen Ausblick

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und beinhaltet alles was man zur Erholung benötigt. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch wenn das Wetter diesmal nicht mitgespielt hat.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hat alles gepasst!

6 Tage im März. Wetter hat mitgespielt, dass ist schonmal mehr als die halbe Miete. Thomas der Verwalter war immer tel zu erreichen. Wohnung war im absolut sauberen Zustand. Selbst ein etwas früher Checkin war aufgrund der Buchungslage möglich. Top! Wie in einer Bewertung vorher bedchrieben, stimmt es, dass die Bewohner in der Etage darüber des öfteren es „knallen“ ließen und das die Sonne erst am Nachmittag den Balkon küsst - was ggf für den Hochsommer sogar angenehmer ist. Die Wohnung selber ist in einem Top Zustand inkl Badezimmer und liegt in der 6. von 7 Etagen (Aufzug vorhanden) und hat somit eine komplette Aussicht über Cala Millor Richtung Costa. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und komplett funktionstüchtig. Die Balkonmöbel sind hochwertig inkl sonnenliege. Auch der TV hat alle deutschen Programme mit tadellosen Empfang (man kann auch auf den spanischen Satellit wechseln, wenn man möchte). Auch die TV Couch ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Strand von Cala Millor liegt einem zu Füßen und selbst Sa Coma ist in ca 15 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen können bis zu vier Personen problemlos einen Topurlaub im Osten der Insel verbringen.

Dieses Apartment hat einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die komplette Bucht. Super ausgestattet. Grosszügig geschnitten und sauber. Schnelle Reaktion von unserem Kontakt Thomas wenn es was gab. Zb wurden wir ursprünglich im falschen Apartment untergebracht (6F), was uns nach einem kurzen Blick in die Buchungsbestätigung auffiel. Thomas bzw eine Putzfrau waren spät Abends so flexibel noch das richtige Apartment (6G) fertig zu bekommen. Nach einer Stunde war alles erledigt. Während unseres Aufenthats waren einige Hotels um uns rum noch geschlossen. Demnach war es auch ziemlich ruhig. Abends kann es allerdings etwas lauter werden wenn die Strandbar ggb bzw die Animation von weiter entfernten Hotels bis Mitternacht duch den Ort schallt. Damit muss man natürlich rechnen in einem Ort wie Cala Millor. Was allerdings unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt war der Dauermieter über uns. Von früh Morgens an werden ununterbrochen Möbel durch die Wohnung geschoben. Metall- bzw Holzmöbel auf Fliesenboden macht krach. Aber das Gepolter und Geschiebe den ganzen Tag bzw immer wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, war grenzwertig. Da der Mieter seinen Wohnbereich direkt über unseren Schlafzimmern hatte, war die Nacht für uns teilweise um 6:00 zu ende, trotz Ohrenstöpsel. Der Vermieter/Verwalter kann dafür natürlich nichts und schmälert die eigentliche Qualität des Apartments nicht. Aber für leichte Schläfer/Langschläfer ist diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Alle anderen werden hier einen super Urlaub haben.
