When we arrived at the property it was dirty from previous guest and had not been cleaned for us. It had unmade beds with previous guest hairs in it, wet towels on the ground, dishes in the sink. We had to go out to allow cleaners to come and clean, leaving all our luggage inside with strangers. We left for 3 hours and when we got back the cleaners had locked us out, locking the screen door where we couldn’t access the digital lock. We had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes for them to let us in. Check in was at 4pm we didn’t get into the home properly until 9 pm. After all that the cleaners didn’t clean the showers, they were dirty with hairs in it. The garage door was broken and had to be pulled up by hand.I noticed a similar review of another customer arriving to an uncleaned house and gave this place the benefit of the doubt and then it happened to us. It also mentions in another review that the garage door is broken so I was expecting that but reviews are clearly not being acknowledged.
