This newly refurnished coastal house sleeps 7 across 3 generously sized bedrooms. You can also book the 1 bed/1 bath attached guest unit for an additional $200/night. In the main unit, there is two king bedrooms, a room with two full beds and a second living room/office/workout area that serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen pull out bed and a Peloton. In the separate guest unit there is a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, second kitchen and private outdoor deck and living space.

From this quiet yet central location, you’ll be able to vacation in peace, hike at the drop of a nickel, and quickly access all of Santa Barbara’s most coveted restaurants, boutiques, and activities. In downtown Santa Barbara, you’ll enjoy a wide range of dining options, boutique shopping, and outdoor nightlife on State Street.

The Hill House was renovated in 2020, and recently refurnished in March of 2023. Enjoy this clean, open concept, light filled home with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean view. Dinners can be enjoyed outside on the wraparound terrace at a picnic table just steps from the kitchen with all new appliances and a prime ocean view overlooking the Channel Islands. After dinner, take a 5 minute stroll (0.4 miles) to Summerland Beach to watch the sunset. With restaurants, wineries, coffee shops and locally owned boutiques just a walk down the hill in Summerland, a stay at Hill House provides the best of both worlds: a quiet village within walking distance, and a short drive to Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara.

The home has a turf backyard and two spacious private decks in the back and front of the house with seating areas to relax or eat with the whole group. Admire the ocean views at the outdoor dining table on the front deck, or head to the back deck to continue the fun with a brand new grill and outdoor seating area. Also stocked at The Hill House are boogie boards, chairs, and a beach umbrella, to make sure you have the full set up when heading to the beach.

Amenities include a brand new grill and seating area, outdoor picnic table, Peloton indoor Bike, boogie boards, beach umbrella, full kitchen, new stove, new oven, new fridge and freezer, new toaster, new microwave, new dishwasher, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee), new TV’s (85-inch in the front living room, 55 inch in primary room, 55 inch in double room, and a 55-inch in back living room), and a brand new washer and dryer set. Late at night, put on a movie on our 85-inch smart TV in the main living room. Our keyless entry systems allow for contactless entry.
