This split-level Paradise Retreats home is nestled amongst tropical landscaping and stunning stonework. Immerse yourself in Summerland, known for its seaside views and quaint charm. You’ll be in a prime location that’s just two blocks from restaurants, coffee, wine tasting, and antique shopping, plus just a short walk to Lookout Park with beach access. A 5 minute drive North will take you to Montecito and a 10 minute drive will land you in Downtown Santa Barbara. So many options!

    Walk inside and take note of the sunlit Great Room filled with windows, vaulted ceilings, and French Doors. It connects to three spacious Bedrooms and three Bathrooms filled with custom carved wood accents. The real showstopper is outside on the native stone patios that feature expansive dining, entertainment spaces, and a water fall. A built-in BBQ, kitchen, fireplace, and television are complemented by luscious green plants and relaxing lounge furniture. Open a bottle of Summerland Wine Chardonnay and take in the beachy vibes.

Fantastic location and layout for the family holiday together - relaxing areas for games and meals, short walk to the beach for frisbee and views, and nice location for travel to Santa Barbara, Solvang, etc.
Beautiful sunset a 5 minute walk from the house after some frisbee!

This lovely property in Summerland was the perfect place for a reunion with our dear friends. It was comfortable for 4 of us but could easily sleep six. The location is great- a short walk to the beautiful beach or park, restaurants and Godmothers a wonderful bookstore and coffee spot. The house has everything you need and the hot tub in the tropical back yard was wonderful. Paradise property management was very responsive- one of the beach chairs was broken and a new one magically appeared on our doorstep the next morning. We will definitely return- an overall great vacation spot!

Wonderful home located just a few blocks from the beach and 101- easy to get to SB, Montecito and Carpenteria for beach days and zoo days Fabulous outdoor space for visiting and family bbq time. Beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms were nice for two sets of adults and a toddler. Loved this home. Would stay here again!

Grad weekend get away

We had a great time at the Summerland property celebrating our daughter's graduation from UCSB and Father's day.The outdoor area is everything! An Oasis of beautiful landscaping and ample comfortable outdoor seating.And the downtown area is a short 5 minute walk.Great weekend all around!

Beautiful Summerland

Beautiful back yard

The home has an amazing yard with great furniture and beautiful flowers. There’s even a long waterfall. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean.

We enloyed our stay with our adult children. Not the perfect house for older individuals with some physical limitations. But the perfect little place for a short get-away.

Perfect place for family

We loved our stay! Clean, organized, and beautiful house. We loved hanging by the fireplace outside. There is major construction happening on the 101 during the day, but the beautiful waterfall drowns it all out to truly create a beautiful oasis in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great visit, wonderful property

We had a great family gathering at the Summerland Oasis. It's a wonderful property, and the management company is quite responsive. We did encounter a few property issues, but the management company corrected / fixed the situation promptly upon notification. We would definitely stay here again!

UCSB graduation visit

A beautiful house and wonderful backyard. The house had everything needed, and a nice little welcome basket when we arrived. Convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants. As mentioned by others, the bathroom setup is a little odd, but did not impact our stay. Some highway noise could be noticed by light sleepers, but the water features help.

Beautiful property

We loved being close to restaurants and coffee. Walked every morning to get coffee. The local beach was beautiful and easy to get to. Are most of our dinners locally so we could also walk to restaurants. We had a problem with the coffee makers and Enrique was very responsive to bringing us one that worked and more towels we needed. Great time!

Great location for family wedding weekend

The location is close to 101 with a true oasis in the backyard with water feature. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 2 baths and one bedrooms downstairs making it awkward for one couple with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. The downstairs is pretty humid with the dehumidifier filling up with water at least once per day. The amenities were all there including full size washer and dryer if needed. We will stay there again if we are in the area.
