With capacity for 6 people, distributed in 3 spacious bedrooms, with king and queen beds, plus a cozy terrace where you can have lunch and relax. It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, it has a work desk, Netflix and Wifi Fiber Internet. Perfect for a unique holiday in Tenerife.
    No meetings that may disturb the rest of the neighbours are allowed.

    Decorated with exquisite taste where care has been taken to the smallest detail, this beautiful designer apartment is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, one with king bed and en suite bathroom, another with queen bed and desk and the last one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. With two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, which communicates with a cozy terrace, Wifi Internet and Smart TV with Netflix.
    Located in an exceptional area, very close walking to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and streetcar to be able to move without using the car.

    Santa Cruz is a lively and luminous city. Its streets, wadis and maritime avenues invite you to enjoy the outdoors, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2 ºC. In the center of the city there are numerous pedestrian areas with a lot of atmosphere, in which shopping is a pleasure, especially for the ease of finding products from all over the world... The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the "Adán Martín" Tenerife Auditorium, designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Just as nearby are several museums, among them Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the city's largest permanent exhibition is outdoors, consisting of sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Mercado Nuestra Señora de África (Our Lady of Africa Market) has an unquestionable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is the Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned by palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both ten minutes by car from the house. Further on, entering the mountains of Anaga we arrive at the hidden and virgin beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The saltwater pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the apartment.

    Homologated paths in the municipality

    It has several approved paths in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 that links the hamlet of Taborno with the district of Valleseco, on the coast of the city. This path allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the heather fayal and some old farmhouses. It is a medium-difficulty route in which it is advisable to use refractory clothing, as part of the path is made by a road. The descent of PR-TF 5 Chamorga - Igueste de San Andrés is only suitable for experienced hikers: The route departs from Chamorga and ascends to the hamlets of La Cumbrilla and El Lomo de las Bodegas, from where it begins to descend to Igueste de San Andrés overcoming complicated unevennesses.

Maravilloso y céntrico piso cerca de todo

Piso ideal, completamente equipado en el centro de Santa Cruz, perfecto para teletrabajar. Muy cerca del mercado de Ntra. Sra. de África y de los principales centros comerciales. Con una decoración espectacular, terraza agradable y una atención exquisita por parte de Home2Book. Para repetir 100%.

Wonderful apartment in the centre of town

Beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. The staff communicated regularly and the property was very spacious. Great location as well. Highly recommended!

We loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described and the location was brilliant. There was construction noise but we were warned about it. Very clean, loads of space and well equipped. Near to all amenities and public transport, important if you don’t drive.

Great location and high standard in apartment

Lots of space, balcony was a bonus, high standard in fixtures and fittings. A dishwasher would have been nice, but not essential. Only negative was the digital lock which was less easy to use than a key or a key card.

Great location

We had a great stay at this wonderfully located flat. Close to restaurants,stores, supermarkets, the port …. we walked every where. On days we wanted the beach , we took inexpensive public transport to beautiful San Andres beach( 10-15 min ride) Love the balcony for early morning coffee savouring and late evening nightcap. The bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. We were disappointed that beach towels were not supplied since it takes so much room in suitcase. I would not hesitate to return to this location .

The apartment is as shown in the photos- that's the good news. It's a great location for pretty much all of town without being in the tourist only areas. near the great market. The balcony is a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine. We had booked a year ahead when we were already in Santa Cruz and wanted to return. At the time I made the reservation it was just my husband and I committed to the trip but we intended for others to join us - our adult kids or siblings etc. By the time we registered on the official site with the passports etc. I registered three people's passports and intended to add passports of my in laws when they arrive half way through our stay to use the third bedroom. So now the less than great news... When we arrived we found despite the fact there were three bedrooms and the apartment sleeps six and we registered three there were not even towels for three of us - only two thin medium sized towels. One of our group who is a fluent Spanish speaker called for more and was told (on speaker phone) it would be a 10Euro per person per day charge for towels. We live in Sevilla and while our Spanish is not as fluent as our friend we all heard the same thing. We said no thanks (for that amount of money you can buy towels at the Chinese store- which we did and left HOPEFUULY for the next guests to use since a single thing medium towel for tens days is really not viable) We also purchased toilet paper and garbage bags - 2 rolls per bathroom for 10 days -single
