“It is a short distance from the beach where we surfed the entire 5 days of our stay there and all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. Price of food at restaurants was extremely overpriced and I appreciated that the apartment has all the basics to cook a meal. AC worked great, nice small but clean pool. Also had parking available and staff was very accommodating. I hated the noisy metal framed stairs to the loft and we can hear the next door "neighbors" go up and down plus their voices...

“Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. “We had a family of two adults and 3 young adults/teens. While I would say the VRBO might be better suited for smaller kids, we could definitely make it work. The location is not right in Tamarindo but if you are up for a decent walk you are close to the beach and can walk over. VRBO had everything we needed and a super lovely welcome gift.
