Decent budget-friendly rooms. You get what you pay for and don't expect a nice stay. Spent 104 for a one night stay and it was one of the cheaper rooms in the area when we needed something last-minute.
Understandably so, the rooms aren't in the best condition and come with the downsides. The bathrooms were a bit dirty with dead insects, handles on the cabinets seemed to be broken, with a couple falling off, dusty table and chair with crumbs all over that we had to wipe off ourselves, — and most notably, no deadbolt on the door, just one lock — which felt sketchy at times, especially with the other folks at the hotel and the unhoused folks in the area that seemed a bit sketchy at times.
The rooms were outdated, and you can tell they were old and remodeled very poorly. Window shutters didn't close all the way, and with rooms on the first floor — it wasn't difficult to see into the room from the outside. The bathroom vents were very loud and sounded like they were about to explode. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear other guests in the next room having conversations.
Not sure if they were living at the hotel, or unhoused folks from the area — but there was also a lady with Pitbulls who lets them roam off-leash in the area around the main building. Dogs chased after me and I had to quickly get into the car. I understand it is a dog-friendly place, but no reason to have them roam around off-leash if you know they like to rush at people.
The bed was comfortable though.
