Fabulous property

Really lovely property, walking distance to great beaches and a few very good restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent too. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved the property! From the gorgeous coastline views, the secluded front yard beach, and walking trail to other great spots, this place had it all. Great for a group or family. The property manager was there to greet us and helped with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Le séjour était très bien, là maison correspondait à nos attentes.

Pedro, la personne qui nous a accueillies, est très gentil et très disponible. Il a été d’une grande aide et nous a conseillées de très bons restaurants et de belles plages.

Emplacement de rêve..

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’emplacement de la maison qui est fabuleux. L’accueil de Pedro sur place était vraiment top, disponible, souriant, et de très bon conseils. Malgré que la maison soit un peu vieillissante notre séjour était top.

Fantastisch huis, heerlijke mooie omgeving met restaurants op loopafstand op het strand

Met 5 vriendinnen hebben we genoten van een heerlijke, korte vakantie. Dank Lorenzo voor het welkom en de mooie tips! Gezellig in en rond het huis kunnen zitten, zonnen, zwemmen en eten met een prachtig uitzicht. Wij komen graag terug.

The Villa is a beautiful old Spanish style property but is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC! However it is very spacious and we had a lovely 4 days stay there. It's a bit off the beaten track, but if you have a car that's not a problem.

Casa bellissima e in una posizione fantastica. Siamo stati benissimo. Inoltre sia catherine prima della partenza, sia Pedro durante la vacanza, ci hanno seguito con grande attenzione. Sicuramente da tornarci!!!

Fantastic setting, view and host

It has it all: magnificent location in the midlle of nature on the sea, beautiful house and a very professional management. Pedro was very welcoming. Just go there.

posizione pazzesca a 3 metri dal mare !

Casa molto comoda, c'è tutto quello che serve (compresi 2 frigo).supermarket a 3 minuti d'auto e le più belle spiagge del nord a 20 minuti. Per la vita notturna 30 minuti d'auto e ci sei.

Emplacement exceptionnel, prestations améliorables

Maison avec beaucoup de charme et un emplacement exceptionnel. Même si le prix était attractif, certaines prestations pouvaient être revues avec par exemple plus de débit dans les douches / pas de fuite. De plus il y avait une chambre communicante.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved this villa. Superb location walking distance to beaches, lovely restaurants and the hippy market. Really enjoyed the upstairs terrace and very close proximity to the sea. You can literally hear the ocean at night from your bed. Pedro was amazing and looked after us really well. We will be back !!

Wonderful - we loved every minute!

The house was as detailed and more. The pool & pool toys great. The views were better than stunning. Pedro was the best host always there to help us with whatever we asked. We had an exceptional week. Thank you Pedro !!

A Wonderful View

We were in Santa Eularia for a race and this house had everything: Close to the city: you could walk the Coastal Path to town; Quiet: at night all you hear are the waves; Next to 2 beaches and restaurants: both are within 10 minutes walk along the Coastal Path from the house; Big: plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, Old Charm: the villa is old, but a true Mediterranean experience. Pedro was great!

Vielle maison de charme dans un bel endroit

Spot exceptionnel quand on aime la mer. Bel vue mer de plusieurs cotés. Maison ancienne pleine de charme. Très agréable à vivre. Entretien à revoir (lits anciens, tuyaux de douche percés, éviers bouchés). Cuisine sous équipée. Deux chambres du haut "en suite" : pas très pratique.

Villa stay

Lovely older style property, near to the beach which is a beautiful walk along the coast. 4 bedrooms but you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get downstairs. It didnt bother us. Great pool although we did get bitten as there are lots of trees surrounding the villa. Pack your mosquito spray! Would happily go back x

Prachtige locatie

Prima huis, elke ochtend zwemmen in de zee, loopafstand via kust naar heerlijke restaurantjes. Op de eerste verdieping moet je door een slaapkamer naar een andere slaapkamer. Niet erg, wel fijn om te weten!

Fantastische ligging

Achter de tuin ga je de trappen naar beneden en je zit aan of in zee. Fantastische ligging in rustige buurt. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en autotrips. Leuk zwembad voor tieners en volwassenen (niet voor kleinere kinderen want er is geen heel ondiep). Goede airco in 3 slaapkamers. Keukenuitrusting is iets minder : vaatwas en gasfornuis ok, maar microgolf ontbreekt.Meubilair kon iets comfortabeler/moderner, maar algemene indruk is zeker positief. En je stapt buiten en ziet de zee en bent aan zee.

Great location!

The house is really nice and in front of the sea! Located in a quiet and peaceful spot with a nice swimming pool and acces to an almost privet little beach right in front of the house. There are really great sandy beaches nearby (5 to 15 minutes away by car), supermarket (5 minutes by car) and good affordable restaurants. Pedro, the manager, was really nice ang gave us very good tips on where to go or what to do during our stay. The only inconvenience of the house is the distribution of bathrooms and rooms upstairs: you have to pass through a room to get to the other, where bathroom is located. Not a big deal for families or intimate friends, but could be an issue in terms of privacy depending on who is going to be in those rooms.

Superb property, stunning views, near beaches and santa eularia, Pedro is a great host

Pedro met us at the property to exchange keys, he was kind and personable, and the property was clean and beautifully presented. The property fronts onto the coastal path, is very quiet, there are steps down to a small jetty where it is beautiful to sit. At the back of the house is a private pool which is of a decent size. The property has a lot of characterful details and charm. Wow factor is the views from the upstairs bedroom terrace stretching back along the coast toward santa eularia and Ibiza town. We walked down to watch the sunrise a couple of times along the coastal path. Lovely beach bars and restaurants in both directions along coast. We particularly liked Soul Good and our two young kids were happy playing there while we sank cocktails. Taxis to/from villa were easily arranged. All in, great property and great holiday.. the pictures do not do it justice. Thanks very much Pedro!
