"At LERMAR to drive to small villages north and south Great home base in historic building Very nicely done restoration of rooms with lovely marble bathrooms with Victorian size bath tubs, luxurious linens and beds , wonderful views etc Out of seven hotels I stayed in , it was the best and a bargain at the price."

"The hotel is an absolute beauty! The rooms a Make you feel like royalty they are so nice!! There was quite a language barrier with the staff that was the only downfall and no air conditioning so the rooms were a bit warm. The lowest temp was 19* c not too cool. But good was amazing and so were the beds! "

"Big hotel. Not much European flare, seems like a hotel we could find in the US but it was nice. We had a large room with a nice desk area. Nice size bathroom with tub shower. Big window that looked out to the river and the pedestrian bridge. Great location, easy walk to main Plaza and restaurants. Staff marked on map the best streets for restaurants and Pintxos. It was quiet while we stayed. "

"I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. All in all, a good value hotel in a great location. Only negative was there was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Friendly receptionist. "
