“We loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The host communicated quickly and effectively! They even accommodated our request for a later checkout what was greatly appreciated! “The house was good for what we needed and very clean, which is the most important thing to me. We liked the central Laurel Canyon location. The host was communicative and friendly. The third “bedroom” is in the basement and down a spiral staircase, which we likely didn’t read on the listing. The street getting there is only wide enough for one car due to people parking on it so it was an adventure every time we had to traverse down it. Loved having a garaged for our rental car! ”

“Kitchen was mostly stocked. Coffee pot was kind of janky and there were zero condiments or seasonings. Usually there is at least some salt. The water is not good, a there was no filtration of any kind. ”

“I had a very tough time communicating with the host the day of check-in and getting instructions to access the property, which led to a difficult situation with Vrbo where they offered to cancel and rebook our reservation. The amenities were OK, not amazing. The space did have a bit of a musty smell, but we were able to air it out opening doors/windows. The location was perfect though, very walkable. ”
