“We so enjoyed this lovely home with four bedrooms and a bathroom for every room. It was so easy to reach the owners with a couple of questions, who themselves happened to be in Hawaii babysitting their grandchildren. I only have a couple of suggestions for safety and comfort. The futon in the downstairs bedroom needed to have a comfortable topping for the mattress because futons notoriously are pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. “For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.”

“Arlene’s home is well appointed and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need. The space fits four. (4) comfortably. It’s away from the sounds and lights of the city, but is close enough to get to the ocean in just a few minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

“We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out.”

“Super cute house! Plenty of beach toys, wagons, chairs, cornhole, kitchen items, etc. Very clean and comfortable stay. 1 min walk to the harbor and 2 minute to the beach side. We saw seals, sand dollars & hermit crabs!”

“I am from Ventura and came to town to visit friends. Ended up getting sick on the day I arrived and thus had to extend my stay by a couple of days while I recovered. I did not go anywhere and instead had my niece and friend visit me and they both raved about how cute the place was. Very comfortable and cute home. Would stay here again.”
