This house is beautiful and the location is just about perfect! The tower at the top provides a gorgeous view and you can see out to the ocean. You’re a 5 minute walk to the watercolor beach club and a 10 minute walk from Seaside. There is tons to do, with multiple Watercolor clubs, the beach, shopping, and more shopping and delicious restaurants if you walk to Seaside. The bikes also provide a great mode of transportation- you can even bike to Publix (about 10 minutes). The neighborhood is well kept and the house is well kept. There’s plenty of space so that, if you’re bringing a big group, everyone can still have their space. The only downside I found is that the wifi only works on the middle floor, which is only really an issue if multiple people are trying to work. However, we worked at the kitchen table & office and had no problems. The house is great. We would definitely stay here again.
