Property Manager Issues
Our main complaint was that we paid extra to have the pool heated. A few hours after arriving we reached out to tell them the pool was not heating. They said it was and you just have to wait. The next day it was still cold. I reached out again and told them it is not heating. They did send someone out and they indeed confirmed it was not working. They fixed it. So the first 30 hours of our trip the pool was not heating. Plus it takes a few hours to heat up. I asked for a refund for just 1 day of the heating cost since it was not on. They said they would get back to me. I asked a couple more times and no response. This was frustrating they never addressed the complaint.The golf cart was not clean at all. This was frustrating and unsafe as the window was so dirty you can't see at night. Some seat belts do not work.... likely rusted out and needs replaced.House was clean.Grill did not work.Pool was great once it was heating. It was a very nice pool area with seating and a hammock. Overall, would not stay here again.
