Old Dirty and Nasty

The apartment was not clean bugs in the kitchen could not cook. Knob in shower broke first night and we had to replace to take shower. Floors nasty. This place is for young people just looking for a place to sleep over night. I hope that the owners are not aware of the conditions of this unit.

My favorite stay so far

Loved the location of this unit. Close to the beach and a local gas station, shopping and restaurants. Checkin was so easy! Everything was pretty much as pictured. However the couch needs some cleaning. The master bed was so comfortable. Made for a great nights sleep. The coffee pot in the closet did not work but there is a Keurig so that was nice! The public beach is small for this area. You will want to get there early to set up or you may not get a spot. Just an FYI.

Family of 7

Our massive family of 7 enjoyed the condo , the beach and the pool. Condo is perfectly located between Destin and Panama City if you want to venture to more touristy areas. Heated pool was a hit with kids.

Needs updating

This condo was a great location but needs lots of updates. We were only left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. When I messaged to ask for more, I never received a reply. The tub did not drain and would have standing water after every shower. The coffee maker didn’t work. They need to invest in a Keruig. Also there was lots of noise from the next door neighbors. While the location was great, I would not stay at this property again. Needs update and needs management that will actually respond to requests.

Very Nice!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The place was pretty clean and just as the pictures showed on the app. We had the plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was very clean and fairly well stocked with the essential utensils and pots/pans. There were a few things that could have been cleaner (guest toilet seat, shower curtains, etc.), but overall a very nice place to stay. We definitely enjoyed the fact that it had a beach access across the road and that it was close to a few places to shop and eat.

Family Vacation

The rental process was super easy! We had a great time!! We just had one misunderstanding with the neighbors below us over bicycles. Which was totally uncalled for, and in the end we didn't even get bicycles with our condo like it said we did in our reservations. But other than that everything was great!!!

This is a well stocked place. We had a great stay. We did have a maintenance issue with both showers draining day one. Response time was fast. The bedroom and hall bath door handles could use an upgrade initially kids were getting locked in the bathroom until my husband fixed it the best he could. A little oversite to cleaning as the pull out bed had a large amount of crumbs so was missed in the cleaning process and well as a twinkle wrapper was found in the couch by one of my children. The only thing missing in the kitchen was potholders which we worked our way around without. These were all minor things in the big picture. We had a wonderful stay and overall the place worked out great for us. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. All the kids said their beds were comfortable and the rooms worked out well. The towels looked brand new and the washing machine was surprising large. For a crowd of ten this was nice. It is decorated very cute. We really enjoyed our stay and love this area. We will consider booking again in the future even with the few minor cleaning issues.

Amazing Getaway

Words cannot describe the stay. Everything was amazing from making the reservation to check out. The kitchen was amazing it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. I definitely reccomend the stay at 11B. It was a peaceful vacation. Best part were the beds. Thank you!!

What a ride!

Just finished 7 days inn 11B! Great location very clean, well stocked kitchen.. we rode out Hurricane Sally for 2 days in this condo and felt very safe and comfortable. Cleanup after was slow but I believe the HOA was doing the best they could. The only confusion was knowing who to contact for what... everything we looked for from the management service.. they said we are responsible. The neighbors were loud well past the 10 quiet hour.. can’t help you... pool needs cleaned... can’t help you. I might suggest better guidelines... over all we will do it again!

Amazing!

The condo was as nice as it looked in the pictures online! We have stayed in this complex before and this unit was spectacular!!!!! Having 2 bikes included was a huge plus!

Disappointed in the environment.

Our condo was nice but the amenities were not so much. The environment was loud into the wee hours of the morning. The bike rack area was cluttered with things other than bikes. The amenities listed for our condo said “quiet hour starts at 10pm. When trying to sleep and couldn’t at 4am bc of loud music , the condos hoa advised us to handle it ourselves! We will not stay here again bc the amenities weren’t as listed in our property description.

great place great price

Overall it was a great property and experience. We’ve never stayed at a place that wasn’t On the beach so while we missed seeing the ocean, we did Iike the extras (like the wagon to pull our things) provided that made the short walk manageable. This property is right in the heart of 30a - the area we love the most - so it was great to be able to ride or walk to our favorite hot spots. We couldn’t shower two people at the same time in the two bathrooms not get our whole family done back to back, it would run out of hot water halfway through the first showers. So I recommend one at a time and you might have to wait a bit between showers.

Everything we hoped it would be!

We had grandson, wife & baby visit with us the first week, second week we had friends for three nights. Three great grandsons & their parents all enjoyed the pool and tennis courts on several occasions. Ideal facility, poor weather!
