Nice house for a large group

This house is nice and large enough for a group of 4 couples. Location was good for going north or south to wineries which was the purpose of our trip. Furniture could be more comfortable and the addition of a couple nice chairs in the living room would be nice. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was so-so. Outside yard property could be cleaned up. Nothing here that was horrible or that would keep us from returning. Nice, large interior for a group of 8.

A lovely space

The house is lovely and spacious. We used televisions in both the dining and living area to stream music, and do some co-working. The beds were super comfortable, and my favorite part is that almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the outdoor areas are delightful. It was such a treat to stay in this place, and we hope to visit again!

Management was good, property was nice but did have a few issues. There was a problem with 2 showers that needed to be addressed. There was a beautiful deck but there was no furniture to sit on. The house was nicely stocked which was appreciated.

50th Birthday Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time with five ladies from across the country to celebrate two 50th birthdays. The place was fantastic – the kitchen was great for cooking a meal and for coffee in the morning. Plenty of space to spread out & the beds were comfortable!!!! We had a minor issue with the showerheads being scaled with water. We reached out to the property owner and while they didn’t fix it on our visit 6 pounds of salt were dropped off so I assume they are fixing it for the next guest. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Base camp for a wedding and wine country exploration

Lovely property in good location for having fun in wine country. Very comfortable and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby Spring Lake and associated park is a real bonus for taking walks between adventures.

Upscale comfort

This recently remodeled, air-conditioned, four bedroom, four bath house, is a wonderful place to stay. It has enjoyable views and is close to everything you need in Santa Rosa It was perfect for our family of six when we were in the area to attend a wedding. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The owner reached out to be sure everything was good and let us know how to reach her, if we needed (but we didn’t 👌) what a pleasure to stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home in Santa Rosa! The location couldn't have been better – close to wineries and restaurants yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival, and it truly looked just like the pictures online, if not better! The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added to the overall charm and comfort of the space. The communication between Nikki and me was fantastic! She quickly addressed any questions I had before and during our stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedding. It truly felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the seamless check-in process made our arrival stress-free, allowing us to start enjoying our vacation right away. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The well-maintained garden and patio area provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, the peaceful ambiance was unbeatable. Overall, our experience at this rental home exceeded our expectations in every way. Annadel Retreat

This place was terrific. Located perfectly in the Sonoma wine country near all the wineries we planned to visit. The nearby State Park and hiking trails were a real plus. We spent mornings on the trails, afternoons at winery appointments a evenings at the home just enjoying the accommodations. The place was incredibly clean and the check in process seamless. We will use this rental again!

We enjoyed our stay at Annadel House for a 4 day weekend getaway to wine country. The house is exactly as described and in a great location. We loved the spaciousness that allowed three couples ample space. The garden and outdoor spaces were also perfect. Several of us enjoyed walks in the nearby park. Nikki was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend booking here if you’re exploring wine country with family or friends.

First Time Wine Country

The property is nice and was well suited for our group. The Santa Rosa location was perfect for a weekend exploring wine country (Napa, Sonoma, Glen Allen) and the views were exquisite! The neighborhood felt safe and is quiet, maybe a bit too quiet as we weren't able to enjoy the gardens and back deck after a certain hour, but other than that, the home is beautiful, and felt like a nice retreat or a home away from home.

Spacious and Clean

Weekend getaway with 2 other couples and this unit worked out great. Bedrooms were spread out and gave everyone their own privacy. The kitchen was perfect for 6 people to prepare/cook without feeling crowded. We enjoyed the outdoor barbecue (charcoal) and open dining area. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very clean. We chose this location for the proximity between Napa and Sonoma and it was a good distance in between since we visited both areas for wine tasting. The turkey gobbling wake up call was unexpected but a lot of fun watching them run wild in the streets!
