“We were celebrating the anniversary of family members. The house is conveniently located, very attractive interior and backyard with nice amenities. On Day 2 the washer would not work despite multiple texts and phone calls to the property management company there was little to no response. “Plain house in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was fantastic! It completely remodeled with spacious modern kitchen and 4 beautifully comfortable bedrooms. The interior is very new and on trend. Perfect for 8 people. Backyard is large with jacuzzi outdoor seating, picnic table, barbecue, fire pit with seating ,bacci ball court,small mini golf course and swing set It has a covered patio with string lights throughout the backyard. “Very nice two bedroom flat on the second floor, everything was clean, great bathroom with a really nice shower. This is a great location to explore the many wineries and breweries in Sonoma! Communication was great, easy to get into the unit with the prearranged code and the check out was the same. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.”

“Out of town family came in to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday and we stayed at the Gardenia. The children enjoyed the pool and us adults the kitchen and large family table. A little far from town and the freeway, but in a quiet safe area.”

“Pros:This house was convenient to vineyards and does have a small back yard that was fine for our needs. Cons: Carpet needs cleaning, table in back is missing a top. Biggest issue was the heat. Temperature was in the upper 80s and there is no A/C. House was unbearably hot in the afternoons and evening especially upstairs where bedrooms are located. Vacasa was not helpful.”

Communications with property management were excellent pre-trip. The kitchen was nicely equipped, coffee/tea available, salt/pepper/EVOO available, zip lock bags and plastic wrap were also available. “This place was absolutely beautiful! From the pictures on the outside, it does not look like much. Though on the inside the house is so beautiful and spacious! There's a huge kitchen area, then a separate dining area, and then the living room area. The living room area is nice and far from the bedrooms to allow people to sleep while others are still up. “Loved the view and deck and easy to get into Calistoga. The barn was an awesome area to hang out. We had some issues with the hot tub and couldn’t use it night 1. Worked through Vaasa to get ahold of the property manager after awhile and ended up being a basic breaker flip. Waiting on a credit for the issues. But overall great place to stay! Be prepared for the steep driveway, we had a rental minivan and it was fine just steeper than expected”

“The place was well kept, with a nice backyard and hot tub. Gary was a very receptive host, who supplied a lot of info on wineries and places to eat. He was quick to reply to messages. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from downtown Santa Rosa. Would stay here again!”
