The house was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with the keypad for the gate but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. Everything else with our stay was amazing. We were on a girls trip for my 40th birthday and there were 9 of us staying in the house. It was a wonderful time! Highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing and had everything I’d want in my dream home. The setup outside was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the sun. The hot tub was amazing and the pool table was nice to have.

This house has the potential of a 5-star stay but is executed more like a 3-star experience. It’s spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there are definitely some highlights, but the overall upkeep falls short.The cleanliness was disappointing. The freezer seal had food crumbs packed along its length, the shower doors had mold, and the shower heads were calcified with limescale. The bedroom carpets were heavily stained and looked unclean. Outside, there was trash in the landscaping, and when we arrived, the yard was littered with crab apples. A gardener came on the third day and cleared only the walkway, leaving what must have been over 100 crab apples to rot in the rest of the yard.The pool itself was lovely, and pool towels were provided—a thoughtful touch—but there was no umbrella or shade. By midday, the pool and loungers were in full sun, making it uncomfortable to use for long stretches. The BBQ was inconveniently located far from the kitchen, so we never used it. On top of that, the can opener was broken, and the house didn’t even have a whisk—we had to go out and buy one. While the kitchen otherwise had what we needed, those missing basics made meal prep frustrating.On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, and the house does have plenty of room. But parking is a long walk from the house, something we wish we had known beforehand—we would have brought a wagon to make unloading easier.

Very Fun House!!

This is a Great Place. The host was very helpful and communicative. The house has everything you need to have a great time. The saltwater pool is excellent. The grounds are very private. Lots of places to sit and relax while watching the squirrels, Turkeys and Birds. The Bocce Court is also a lot of fun. The BBQ is first class and works very well. Can't go wrong with this one.

Three-Generation Family Celebration

Absolutely incredible and worth every very expensive penny. Best hosts ever. Bocce ball, pool table, swimming pool, waterfall, hot tub, etc. and room for everyone (11) indoors and outdoors. Completely fenced in for our small dog's adventures.

Nice getaway

Nice roomy house close to San Francisco. Easy weekend getaway . Swimming pool was a comfortable temperature and the hot tub heated up fast . The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time. The house and property are even better than in the pictures. It’s especially great for kids - there are blackout shutters in out of 4 rooms, and there is a walk in closet that makes for a perfect baby room if needed. Communication with Peter was very easy throughout.

Beautiful & spacious home!

The house was very spacious and had plenty of space for our large family. Beds were super comfortable and the kids were even commenting on them as well as the bedding! Check in was super easy. House did have a curry aroma which was pretty strong and the yard out the window of the master bedroom was extremely overgrown. We just closed the blinds and ignored the view. :) good dee

Family Getaway

Beautiful property and home. Lots of space for quiet time or social activities. Beautiful pool area and a couple outdoor game activities with seating for those just watching. Close to shopping or last minute needs.

Would do again!

Great mini vacation! Peter was there when we needed him and a wonderful host. My only thought is that you may need to use laundry detergent with no odor as I am allergic to certain smells and the pillows had a floral scent.

We celebrated a 75th birthday of a family member.

This is truly a home away from home offering all the amenities of a 'resort' vacation! The description is spot-on! The property manager was always available during our stay to answer any questions focusing only on our comfort and enjoyment. Because the property is strictly a rental, you may want to bring games, toys, essential food needs, etc. There is more than enough storage for everything and conveniences (Costco, Safeway, restaurants, etc.) are within a couple miles. The area is quiet and private giving all your guests a true get-away experience! Because day guests were allowed, extended family members who live within an hour or 2 of this home, were able to join us for the day at this amazing property as well! A successful, memorable experience!

Wonderful Stay

There were 11 of us celebrating my dad's 80th birthday at the house and it was perfect for everyone (ages 3-80). It was amazing to be able to have everyone seated together comfortably for meals and hanging out. We all loved the kitchen space!! The bedrooms were also away from the main living space so if anyone needed some quiet it was not a problem. The house was really clean and the property was beautiful. And, the checkout process was the absolute best. They didn't require you to do anything!! I think our only wish was one more full bath due to our size group and that we all showered at night. But clearly that isn't an easy change or problem for everyone. The outside light from the kitchen and sun does come through the master bedroom through the very top window so if you like it absolutely dark that may bother you. Some extra blankets would be nice in the common living space because it has high ceilings so the temperature is quite drastic compared to the bedrooms. We ended up grabbing the comforters off our beds. Overall, we'd highly recommend this home!

Napa trip with friends and family

This rental house is perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle and to enjoy time with your best people. Secluded and close to valley towns wineries and shops. Peter was a great host and was available to answer questions and went out of his way to make our stay special.

Short Sonoma Getaway

My family and I had a fantastic time at the house, which is spacious and nicely furnished, and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun time. This was a short four-night, family getaway and we wanted a house where we could do things inside and outside together, but also have space to read, listen to music, or watch tv on our own as well. The house was perfect for all of it. We really enjoyed the pool and lounging poolside during the day and watching movies together on the big tv in the evening. The house also is close enough to the commercial areas in Santa Rosa that it was very convenient to shop for groceries, get takeout, and to grab coffee/breakfast in the morning. Overall, this is a great house and we look forward to staying here again.

Relaxing weekend

Everything was well setup for our arrival and also very clean. The house was a bit tricky to find as the numbers aren’t very clear and because it’s on a road with faster traffic, it made it a little tricky to find the first time. The actual location in the app took us to a nearby neighbourhood so be sure to get the directions prior. Everything was as expected, pool worked great, pool table was amazing and had a relaxing weekend inside and outside the house. Main bedroom mattress was a foam mattress or soft mattress I think, not really my thing. The house will get a 5 star rating if main bedroom had a firm king size mattress .. Hosts were amazing with quick communication. Would definitely recommend
