• For your privacy and security, a single exterior security camera monitors the driveway near the garage. There are no cameras anywhere else on the property.

• No pets.

• No parties or events.

• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• As with much of Northern California, seasonal wildfire conditions may occasionally affect the region. Open flames or fires of any kind are not permitted.

• In addition to hot tub servicing after every guest departure, professional maintenance is performed approximately every other Tuesday afternoon and typically takes about 30 minutes. If scheduled during your stay, we'll let you know in advance.

• A Level 2 (240V) EV outlet is available in the garage. Please bring your own charging cable and any necessary vehicle adapters.

Please admire wildlife from a safe distance, wear closed-toe shoes in grassy areas, and keep exterior doors closed.

• Stone retaining walls are located throughout portions of the property. Please supervise children carefully and exercise caution while exploring the grounds.
