This lovely home was perfect for our needs. We needed a clean, comfortable space to share with my mother-in-law as we were helping her through a very stressful experience. This house fit the bill perfectly.Dishes and cooking supplies were well stocked. The appliances were all updated and in very good condition. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and towels.We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was nice to have the option. The fireplace in the living room was really wonderful. In case you’re wondering, it’s not just for show. It works great and really warms the place up. So comforting on chilly nights after a couple of challenging days.The beds were comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean. The backyard is nicely secured, so you do not have to worry about your pets making a break for dry land if you bring them along with you.The hosts were welcoming and informative, everything we needed to know arrived in my inbox in plenty of time for our visit. Checkout instructions were also provided in a clear and timely manner.If I find myself needing a place to stay in Santa Rosa again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book the same home. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The place was absolutely perfect for 2 couples. It was easy to check in and out. Parking was not a problem either. The location was perfect for getting to Healdsburg, Dry Creek, Armstrong Redwoods and local wineries. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast each day. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!

This was the perfect place to stay with easy access to San Francisco, Sonoma (hot air balloon ride), and wine country. The house was just the right size, was very clean, and had all the amenities you would need in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wine Country Getaway! The house was such a nice retreat, with AC which is much needed on a hot summer’s day! The house is clean, well laid out, and comfortable for everyone from our 2 small dogs to our 90 year old mom! Add the hot tub in the back (which is a must for us), a 5 hole putting course, big screen TVs and a gas fireplace and it was just about perfect for our family! We chose it mainly for the location as it is centrally located for trips to the Russian River or the coast to the west, Graton Casino to the south, River Rock Casino to the north, Spring Lake Regional Park to the east, Music in the Park at the Juilliard Park downtown and wineries galore all the way around! It’s in a nice neighborhood with a Starbucks a block away! What more could you ask for?!!

Cozy beds, somewhat iffy street

This is, for the most part, a nicely kept little house. It was clean, cared for, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements. The neighborhood seems a little iffy. Some neighbors clearly don’t care for their properties the way that these owners do, with overgrown weeds and trash in front yards, and dogs barking at a few different houses can be a challenge. The property managers are responsive and caring. Overall, it was a positive stay.

Great property!

House was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. We had a broken coffee pot and our hosts had the whole coffee maker replaced within a few hours. Great neighborhood and easy access to Napa, Sonoma and Russian River areas. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay, dog friendly too

The house was a perfect get away, with outdoor space, hot tub, fireplace and fire pit. Great location for golf, day trips and wine tasting. You can even putt onsite! House was warm, inviting and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay with our dogs.

Great property

My daughter, son-in-law and grand children stayed at this property. Very kid friendly, we played games that were provided, putted on the 5 hole outside green, and made a few meals as a convenience. Laundry as well as a full kitchen with appliances was a plus. The hot tub was nice as well. Would stay here again.

Wedding in wine country

Comfortable, homey, great location and plenty of towels! We didn't want for anything. Beds were comfy. I wish we would have had more time to actually use the house ( grill, hot tub, etc.) It was a busy week of mostly sleeping, getting ready for events and driving between Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Overall, the house met our needs and we appreciated the reasonable price! Thank you!

We stayed with our adult children to attend a graduation at UC Berkeley. We regret not being able to spend more time at the house as it was clean, bright, and beautiful.

Perfect Space!

This was a perfect space for two couples to base out of for several days of wine tasting! It was a bit too cold to enjoy the backyard putting green and hot tub—darn it! This place had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms were clean and we had plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was a great size with all we needed. We’d highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay!

What a great stay! We were in the area for my son’s wedding at Crane Melon Barn, and this well appointed, spacious home was welcoming (thank you for the complimentary wine for the adults!), so cute, clean, and well organized! We were very comfortable and the grandkids loved the the miniature golf course in the backyard and the board games. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive. I accidentally broke the coffee carafe for the coffee maker and a brand new coffee maker was delivered the next morning. Thank you for sharing your home!! We truly had a wonderful stay!
