There is a garage for 2 cars.

There are 2 working desks, a monitor is available.
Some of the best restaurants of the North are within 5 minutes walk!
5 minutes drive to Puerto de la Cruz.
You can reach South airport in 1 hour by car, North airport - in 20 minutes.

Space description:

On the ground floor, you will find living room with 75 inch TV, kitchen and a WC. The living room has glass walls looking at a patio with tropical trees and BBQ, and a private heated pool with sun loungers.

Outside, next to the pool, there is a covered area with a dining table, where you can have a nice meal with friends and family, or enjoy a drink.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are sharing a big balcony with ocean views. You can also watch amazing sunsets from there! The master bedroom has a working desk and an en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well.

The attic part has the fourth bedroom with a working desk, a TV, and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic ocean.

This villa does not have shared spaces with other guests, so you can enjoy the villa and the pool in full privacy.
